這次入住真的給了我大大的驚喜！首先酒店環境太讓人滿意了，不能説一塵不染但是也是足夠的乾淨！乾淨、整潔、利索。沒有絲毫多餘的東西，強迫症福音。一次性用品除了房間內會放，在兩個樓梯拐角處都有。很方便！
最感動的是空調效果太給力了！最近天氣悶熱，但房間温度調節又快又安靜，睡前調好温度，整晚都睡得特別安穩，完全聽不到外機噪音，這對淺眠人士簡直是救星！
更要誇誇前台叫楠楠的姐姐和老闆阿姨，從入住到離店全程微笑服務。阿姨每次遇見都會熱情問好，連我隨口提了句缺雙拖鞋，阿姨立馬就幫我拿了兩雙一次性拖鞋！這種細緻入微的關懷真的讓人感覺像回到家一樣！

YYouyouxiaoxianMe alojé en el Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel en Dalian, pero su nombre oficial en línea es: Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Cuando aparece la palabra “seleccionado” se siente barato y encadenado [cubriéndose la cara]. Nos quedamos atónitos cuando vemos este nombre. 🤷 No sé qué estará pensando el dueño del hotel
El hotel en sí es una de las atracciones emblemáticas de Dalian. Vine aquí porque me enteré de ello por la Hermana Hua en la oficina hace muchos años. Se inauguró en 2014, así que me enteré de ello en la oficina en 2014 [sonrisa burlona]
Entonces me desperté esta mañana y pensé en una pregunta: ¿por qué Dalian da a la gente la sensación de que hay servicio pero el servicio no está relacionado con el tema? Por supuesto, la razón principal puede ser que en el lugar del almuerzo había un hombre de ***** con gafas de sol que te abrió la puerta del auto [estalló en risas]. Este asunto no tiene nada que ver con este hotel, pero el servicio del hotel también es satisfactorio. Ya es muy caro, las bebidas del minibar están cobradas y el refrigerador está calentado [hurgándose la nariz] Se puede ver cuántas personas no han comido la comida que contiene, por eso nadie vino a denunciar esta situación. En segundo lugar, cuando el personal de servicio responda a tu pregunta, te dirán que ella es pasante y no es muy clara. Yo diría entonces que puedes ir y preguntar. Cuando esta frase sale de la boca del cliente, en realidad se siente muy mal. Hay muchos otros pequeños detalles en los que no entraré en detalles (pero el hotel está en la montaña, así que realmente tenemos que hablar de ello [cubriéndose la cara]).
Entonces estaba pensando: ¿qué tipo de servicio hará que los clientes se sientan bien? Mi conclusión es que si quieres un buen servicio hotelero, no reserves un hotel demasiado grande. Por ejemplo, la proporción de personal de servicio por huésped en nuestro crucero de lujo en la Antártida es básicamente 1:1. La última vez que nos alojamos en el Hotel Pearl en Guiyang, era evidente que había más camareros que huéspedes. También había un pequeño B&B con sólo 5 habitaciones. En este caso, básicamente podrás disfrutar de un mejor servicio.

DDeor21Leí críticas de que hay un servicio gratuito de recogida y devolución en el aeropuerto. Estaba en un vuelo de conexión y aterricé a las 11 de la noche. Llamé para hacer una reserva y en realidad ya había pasado el servicio de recogida y devolución. tiempo Sin embargo, mi hermana fue muy confiable y aún así hizo la reserva por mí.
Me sorprendió cuando me recogieron en el aeropuerto. El vehículo de la pequeña empresa estaba limpio, ordenado y puntual. El conductor también me ayudó con el equipaje.
Era tarde cuando llegamos al hotel. Nos dieron una mejora gratuita. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. El desayuno era bastante rico. El precio de RMB 100+ era una excelente relación calidad-precio. El servicio fue tan bueno que duplicó mi Impresión de Dalian.

This hotel is in a prime spot, about 3 miles from some of Dalian’s top attractions like Xinghai Square, Venice Water City, and Dalian Castle 🏰. Super convenient whether you’re sightseeing or just exploring the city.
😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages
Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved.
Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry.
🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo
One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged.
🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Breakfast could be better
This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic)

If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room.

Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

CCameo19Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

También hay muchos edificios antiguos cercanos a los que puedes llegar caminando. La recepción fue muy entusiasta, especialmente la Sra. Yang de F03. Ella con entusiasmo organizó los tipos de habitaciones para nosotros, nos llevó a ver la habitación y elegir una habitación, y también nos dio un desayuno gratis. Se recomienda alojarse en el tipo de habitación recientemente renovada. La imagen de arriba es la sala de tatami en la que nos alojamos la noche anterior.

UUsuario invitadoI have used this hotel several times for business and for vacations, the location is great, the facilites too.Good room sizes fast internet, with top grade staff, they make you feel like your at home , buffet breakfast is good for all tastes , Reception staff and all other levels of staff go out of their way to help , Around half the staff speak English, in the basement
there is a German style brewhouse with copper vats etc and the beer is really same as Munich, The restaurant in the basement bar has a good range of Bavarian style dishes and the resident live band plays 6 nights per week (Sundays off) Guitarist , Drummer and Singer really entertain well and play from 20:00 until 24:00 with a couple of short breaks,
There is also a pool and gym, Spa and Cafe and Chinese restauarant too, Around 200 meters away is a really nice park, take the chairlift to the tower and the toboggan back down its great fun, also stroll around , see and feel the atmosphere of the various groups that use the park for walking, dancing, singing, playing card games, also Kicking large ”shuttle cocks” etc, Nearby (5 minute walk from Hotel is a large shopping complex with many eating places and shops etc, the old tram stop is around 15 minute walk and easy to use, I have used a lot of hotels in China, This one is up there with the best of them,, Its my home from home.

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel accepts foreigners. Great location, a walking distance from Dalian Station, essentially on Zhongshan Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was good, there's even a washing machine (didn't use it though). The staff was kind and helpful. Perhaps the only problem was that the room card didn't work, so I had to get a password, which also expired daily at midnight, and I had to contact the reception to get a new one. But that's not how it's supposed to be, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overall, a great option.
