No estoy seguro de las instalaciones, como no vi en realidad ninguna, casi ciertamente debido a la barrera lingüística en la que mi chino no existe y los receptores inglés eran básicos.

Pasé un tiempo muy agradable en la casa de Old Town en Dali, donde el hotel no sólo es un lugar ideal, sino que los servicios y instalaciones en su conjunto están muy bien establecidos. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo al lado sur de la antigua ciudad, y se acerca a la puerta roja de la cabaña, también a la calle del bar, a unos pocos pasos del restaurante delicioso, tranquilo en el círculo. Reservando un cuarto de baño de tres camas, 5 personas viven muy cómodas, salir a la montaña y a la torre de San Juan, etc. es muy conveniente. 很少在攜程點評，這次還是要説一下。在麗江住的洲際，在古城邊上，國際酒店集團品質沒的説，所以來大理也想訂英迪格，看了地圖，離古城有點遠，出門耍沒那麼方便，在掌上生活精選300找到了這家店，不過沒有雙床，就轉到攜程上訂了一間雙床，連住四晚。
説實話，選這家店主要考慮是去古城方便，環洱海也方便，但對酒店本身沒有太大期待，畢竟覺得衹是民宿，雖然是高端民宿。來了以後，才發現還是很多驚喜。第一天酒店時間比較晚，房間也很小，第二天和管家小姐姐説了，馬上調整了二樓大一點房間，整個景觀視野好很多。酒店在文獻路，出門都是各種美食手信店，離古城南門幾分鐘路程。進了酒店，感覺柳暗花明，鬧中取靜。頂樓的打卡點設計得也很用心。
早餐也不錯，品種不多但出品很好。每天都有免費小吃和飲品，咖啡特別棒，口感好，拉花也好看。專屬浴巾和桃木梳很有特色，房卡也能做成紀念品，很多細節方面很用心，酒店小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情。
唯一需要提醒就是，車位不多，自駕車回來晚了，受夜市影響很考驗駕駛技術。當然，這個不是酒店的問題，任何事情都不可能盡善盡美，作為高品質民宿，已經很難能可貴了。在這裏也感謝管家小姐姐的熱情服務，已經推薦給身邊朋友，值得體驗！

超乎預料的好，雖然酒店整體設施有點老化，保養的也不是很好（聽説9月要裝修了）但是！服務特別好。酒店在大理古城北門，酒店門口就可以遙望三聖塔，但很安靜，完全不會有遊客吵鬧聲。酒店特色的專車服務（預訂的時候要看清楚帶不帶哦）特別貼心，車隊楊磊、丁寧很熱情，服務很好，帶着我們到處跑，推薦的路線也很合適，這趟大理之行託這個專車服務的福，在交通上安逸得很，一點都不用操心！入住前一天就會提前加微信，管家服務很到位，有問必答，就算是晚上1點多都可以！前台小李特別好～半夜有需要都可以很快送物品過來（酒店很大，距離超遠噠）。
入住體驗特別好，下次再來🤣🤣

We had difficulties finding the hotel because it was quite hidden and the sign was not lighted up after certain time at night (we arrived in Dali quite late). Luckily a person helped us to find it. The check in process was swift. The room was quite big with all basic amenities provided including bath towel. I do not have any photos to show but it was a standard modern hotel room. The receptionist was very friendly and could recommend you places to visit in Dali. They did not know English so you have to use translation app. Recommended to stay if you are on budget.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel estaba en una ubicación absolutamente hermosa. No dejé el hotel mucho en este corto viaje y me disfruté de mi estancia aquí. El bar y el café estaban muy hermosos y el personal estaba muy agradable. El desayuno era bueno y abundante. La única cuestión que me planteé, y que realmente se convirtió en un factor no, era tratar de encontrar el lugar. No hay señales en la carretera y si no fuera por una persona muy agradable trabajando en otro hotel, probablemente habríamos pasado las próximas horas caminando, con nuestra equipaje, buscandolo. Sin embargo, una vez que los recibimos en el teléfono, nos recogieron.

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.

老闆和管家小哥都很親切，我們離開去麗江還幫忙聯繫了包車！小貓也特別可愛，很上鏡呢！

MMatthew KeeThis should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

We stayed one night in August (Summer).
Pillow, blanket and bed were comfortable.
Toilet was humble.
Very kind and hard working hotel owner (well dressed and handsome too). He was very communicative, we added him on WeChat and he gave us detailed instructions and picked us up at the fork road, carried our luggages and walked us to the accommodation.
The accommodation is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main road where cars are allowed to drop off. We had huge and heavy luggage. We are extremely grateful that the owner lugged our luggage to the accommodation under the hot sun for us. He upgraded our room, and helped us to book a reliable driver to lijiang. He gave us tips on where to have breakfast and rent buggy. He also helped to liaise with the driver and carried our luggage to the car!!! It's 34 degrees Celsius here at the moment. We are so so grateful. Wishing the owner great success!
Recommendation:
1. Stay on the second floor onwards (less noisy and able to see the lake better)
2. Explore the track before the sun rises above the mountain (ard 6am). Walk 700m left of accommodation to book your vehicle. This will ensure you have enough vehicles to choose from, less crowded, avoid extreme UV, cooling weather, and get to Xin di cafe at a good time for breakfast!
3. Night time order meituan to accommodation so you can enjoy the view and eat at the comfort of your place. Couldn't find good and reliable restaurants around the area.
4. Manage expectations, there are bugs near the lake. Close the window at night.

DDuWhatuloveMy goal was to wake up every day and open my window and step outside and enjoy the view. I think I accomplished this staying here.
Area : It’s located in a village near the city center 20 minutes and about the same to the ancient town. It’s per dominantly a Muslim town , so you will find lots of BBQ and Halal eats. Also shops for simple basics are available. The town comes alive after 5:00 pm.
Food : You can order Weimai like McDonald’s and KFC for example, nothing western around. We got breakfast daily, as you can see it’s a set menu. But we enjoyed it , the options were plenty. Also, every afternoon they brought an afternoon snack , super nice and a great touch.
Room / Hygiene: The room we picked had the balcony, it was spacious the bed was comfortable. The stand alone bath was clean, and the bathrooms as well. Toiletries and slippers provided. The hotel can use some changing or cleaning of rugs and dust a bit on the corners. Over all it was good.
Transport : You need to get a taxi to go places , or take the bus. Not sure if it’s because it’s summer but getting a taxi was not very pleasant. I took the bus #2 in front of the village to go to the mall. Easy 2 RMB you can use your apple map.
Customer Service : The customer service was nice , the ladies were helpful in finding a place for COVID test. Our last day they arranged a driver , it was hard to get transportation.
Over all , it was a nice stay I only picked this hotel due to the view. If you want more action stay near the ancient town.

Un caso particular que se produjo fue cuando organizaron sin esfuerzo una silla de ruedas para un miembro de nuestro grupo, haciendo que nuestra estadía sea cómoda y libre de molestias. Además, se encargaron de organizar todos nuestros servicios de compartir viajes, para asegurarnos de que navegamos con facilidad.
Lo que realmente me impresionó fue su apoyo sin incursiones cuando encontramos un desafortunado engaño.
