«因為想讓孩子出門就能玩沙，訂了這個帳篷。先説優點：房間出乎預料地寬敞乾淨，傢俱很新而且很有質感。即使是帳篷，晚上狂風也很穩固。房間位置是真的好，我們住的1019房，是最靠邊的一間，門外就是沙丘。大人可以坐自家帳篷門口看小孩挖沙滑沙，很方便很度假。雖然不提供餐食，但翻過小沙丘就有燒烤火鍋，晚上6-10點營業，還算湊合。但是也有些小缺點：洗手枱沒有熱水，雖然沙漠裏條件有限可以理解，但氣温很低的時候用冰冷的水洗手洗臉還是很難受的。尤其小孩因為玩沙需要頻繁洗手。建議酒店自助販賣機賣點濕巾。辦入住的時候問前台，去帳篷路上需不需要穿防沙鞋套，工作人員説不用。這完全是誤導。去程路上很多需要踩沙前行的路段，不穿鞋套，走到帳篷裏，鞋裡肯定進沙。入住需要買悦沙島套票。其實我們完全也沒玩悦沙島。還不如把這費用算進房費裏。否則如果不是仔細看訂單，可能發現不了這筆費用。算下來性價比其實不如福沙。不過出門就能玩沙是我的核心需求，就沒有計較價格。講道理沙漠裏有這條件，直接收我一千以上一晚我也是能接受的，拆成房費和套票，就感覺套票不太值了。最後，我們九點多回帳篷，發現空調壞了。五六度的氣温，孩子剛在外面玩沙回來，多麼需要温暖可想而知。跟管家報備了空調情況，雖然管家也第一時間處理了，但弄完都十點多快十一點了。小孩在修空調的人來之前先沖了熱水澡，抱出來擦乾的時候我們都很緊張，生怕生病。晚上睡一覺，早上起來還是覺得帳篷裏很冷。雖然帳篷好玩，但確實也不敢住第二晚了。而空調壞了這種事，營地方竟然連一點表示也沒有，不曾安撫一句。第二天就像無事發生一樣。在江浙滬，這種情況高低得送個下午茶什麼的。當然，後來再蓮花酒店因為地滑摔倒酒店也毫無表示，和那比這點意外好像也不算大事了。可能這邊服務水平就這樣吧。綜合而言，沒有空調意外，我是願意打五分的。»

«The hotel service was very good, and while the room was quite standard, it was comfortable. We were fortunate to meet a staff member named Tintin who spoke English well and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent and served buffet-style, with a variety of options. There were also snacks available in the lobby, a coffee shop offering complimentary coffee, and a bar with free drinks. The hotel provides several different areas to explore and enjoy, and we especially appreciated the fireworks at night. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with something for everyone to enjoy.»
