Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. La ubicación y el servicio de comidas en la habitación de Goldfinch es muy bueno. Sin embargo, no sentí que obtuviera valor por el dinero que pagué. No había WiFi gratuito y el coste del WiFi de pago era bastante ridículo. Servicios como agua potable e incluso papel higiénico no se reabastecieron y hubo que pedirlos. No me quedaría aquí de nuevo, especialmente porque puedo obtener estos servicios básicos sin preguntar en hoteles más baratos cercanos.

Estaba con mi familia durante un día y me dieron una actualización gratuita a la habitación con vistas al mar. Amigo personal, y tienen una piscina limpia en la que nos disfrutamos de una gran noche. tienen suficiente espacio de estacionamiento también. El sabor de la comida necesita mejorar.

Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel ganga sagar in mangalore on the nights of the 12th and 15th. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was courteous and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. One area for improvement would be to offer room service around the clock, at least for coffee or tea. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would definitely recommend it to others.

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

Un buen hotel cerca del templo Dharmasthala. Los precios están en el lado superior pero vale la pena el dinero. El restaurante también es bueno. La comida es saborosa y los precios son razonables. El personal también es cortesía. Desde que está a seis kilómetros del templo de Dharmasthala, necesitas tu propio vehículo o coche turístico. No pude ver ningún autos. También tiene un spa. Si quieres quedarse en un hotel sin el ruido alrededor de un templo, entonces es éste.

The stay was absolutely gorgeous. It has a great view of the devarmane peak and has a pond within the property providing kayaking and boating experiences. You can simply relax within the property taking small walks around or the stream that's close by. To top it off, the food provided here is absolutely delicious and homely. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting chikmagalur.
