Y levantése y corremos para recibir el teléfono (mi tipo de habitación es con piscina, el teléfono de la habitación no está en la cama, sino en la sala de restaurante, así que cada vez que contesto el teléfono me enfurece), este diseño tiene algunos problemas y es incómodo. Volví al hotel después de la mañana siguiente. Tengo una llamada especial para decir a la recepción que no me llame por la noche que necesito dormir. La recepción dijo que tenía que solicitar, dije que no había problema, pero no llamar a la habitación antes de las 12:00! ¿Quién sabe que la recepción puede llamar a las 10 y me puede retrasar a las 2 y me desagradan los momentos! Además, hablamos del entorno de la habitación. La habitación está bien, es que muchos lugares no están diseñados razonablemente No hay toallas, el baño está limpio, y la posición del papel de la toalla está fijada en la posición posterior, y el papel es muy incómodo. One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position that allows you not only to enjoy the sea but also to reach nearby attractions such as the town of Hội An and the golden bridge. You’re gonna love every single thing in this hotel.

Stayed for a week at the end of July. Having the beach at our doorstep was incredible. Some days, the waves and currents were too strong and swimming was not allowed. Be sure to check out the sunrise and get to the beach 30 mins before to witness a spectacular sight.

it has been a really great trip. i brought my brother's couple & husband together and they also loved the service and the hygiene level very much as well as the surrounding amenity during our stay. especially the cleaning service and the staff at the concierge were very kind and helpful until.the last day of our stay. we would like to come back for anytime :) Specially thanks to Mr Cuong Loc Son for your tight care and kindness until our leave to the airport!! thankyou

The staff are really nice and helpful Susie! She is amazing and also a guy who was one of the staff( I don’t know his name) he is really helpful , the hostel it’s really clean and nice fitness, swimming at the rooftop also a bar , great view up there , I came with my friend and we really enjoyed while we stayed there , the location it’s really nice many restaurants around easy to walk not too far to walk to the beach 10/10 I recommend!!!

Booked a room here on October 10th 2022. Short review: 1) Bugs in the bed. 2) No soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂

Hotel limpio, cómodo.... Personal amigable y policia en la recepción, la casa y el área de comedor...... las opciones de comida son abundantes y frescas.... Situado cerca de la playa a una distancia fácil de caminar de la ciudad principal/ mercado / Puente de Dragon... ¡Qué bonito hotel y muy asequible!... Esta es nuestra segunda visita a Da Nang y no duda en reservar la Reina Fivitel .... no puede fallar el hotel, la limpieza, el personal a lo largo de la recepción, el personal de espera, portador, mantenimiento de la casa..... volverá y 100% recomenda a otros ..... bien hecho Fivitel en todo lo que proporciona a sus huéspedes ❤️

El hotel está recién renovado, el ambiente es tranquilo y las habitaciones están limpias, el precio es realmente una experiencia que supera las expectativas. También incluye desayuno buffet que está riquisimo y piscina, por este precio no necesitas bicicleta. Si vuelvo a Da Nang en el futuro, lo elegiré nuevamente.
