Spacious rooms with private swimming pool. The interior was a bit older than what we expected, but it was very clean. It was a pity that the weather was not very good and it was a bit cold when we stayed there so we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the pool. The shower heater was apparently not instant heating but storage one as one of us did not have any hot water in the middle of the shower. Not sure if it was a norm in Vietnam because we experience the same thing in another hotel. Choice of restaurants in the hotel was limited, but they provide a wide variety of food at breakfast and it also tasted very good. The spa included in our package was very relaxing. Overall services was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Marriott resort, which I would rate as a 3-star hotel at best. From the start, the check-in staff were unwelcoming and didn't fully explain the resort's facilities. We had to repeatedly ask for information, which was frustrating. The villa we stayed in was not clean, with leftover sunscreen and dirty cups left at the poolside. We had to call the staff to clean up after them. The private pool at our villa was infested with ants. When we tried to order fresh coconuts at the beach bar, we were told they didn't have any available. It was surprising that a large resort like this wouldn't have a simple item like coconuts at their beachside bar. The staff's English was limited, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times for them to understand what we wanted. The breakfast at the restaurant was also unimpressive, with long queues and slow service for even a simple bowl of noodles. The buggy service was also subpar, with long wait times of around 20-30 minutes. On my dad's birthday, he accidentally hit his head on the rack of the buggy and got injured. The staff didn't respond promptly to help or offer apologies until we complained about it. The next day, the manager told us that no one had ever experienced such an incident before and that we were the first customers to report it. I found this response unsatisfactory and told them that my dad was also likely to be the last person to experience such an accident, and that they should take steps to prevent it from happening again in the future. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We regret switching from Hyatt to this resort, as Hyatt seems much better. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay here and won't be returning.

I had a pleasant stay at the villa, thanks to the excellent hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Although we were woken up by noise from the hotel next door in the morning, the villa staff quickly apologized, offered compensation, and checked in on us to ensure our comfort. Their prompt and considerate response made our stay enjoyable despite the minor inconvenience.

Check in & Room: We were greeted by friendly staff and also got an upgrade from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom villa which was a very big place that is above our expectation. Place was clean and tidy and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Facilities: Villa had complete facilities including a gym and spa. It only had 2 main restaurants and did not serve much variety and can be improved. Transportation around the villa is through buggies and can sometimes take up to 15 minutes wait time. This can also be improved in my opinion. Overall service: Service was good from the staff. We felt very welcome and greeted by a smile everyday. The villa is good to exercise and jog around and big enough to keep kids entertained. I do recommend this place for families and big groups especially with the big villas that the hotel offers.

So nice hotel (resort type) If you want a travel for healing or rest/refresh, this hotel would be nice choice. Every staff who we met were so kind, gentle and nice. Breakfast was so delicious, especially omelette and rice noodle was perfect. Beautiful resort, sunset and view was so nice~~~~~ our family were so satisfied. And Massage &Spa was reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy good. their skills shows the level of master. Highly recommandable.

The staff of Daisy Lux Hotel was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive.

Never stay there without comment

This is one of the best resorts on Da Nang coast line. The private beach is clean and beautiful. The facilities are top notch and the villas are amazing. The celing height is more than 12 feet which makes the villa airy. The private pool is the USP of this place. The water body running through the property is a nice touch. The best part is that the golf karts are easily available. Highly recommended for people travelling in groups. Only demerit is that the location is a bit away from main town. P.S. This place is a favorite among tourist from south korea.

On the day we left, the sun was out and it was warm, so we extended it by one more day. had a great rest.

Enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids, good place to go visit Hoi An from.
