Check in is 2pm, not 10am as stated on the trip.com itinerary. Why did they ask to see my reservation after I gave them my passport? Is there no database linking that information?
It seems that my room was not renovated in 2023 as claimed on trip.com...it felt more like a 2016 room. Whilst the room was clean, the shower pressure was lacking and temperature was difficult to get right. There was a drainage smell coming from the drain.
Breakfast was ok but not like the photos 😏 The dining room chair cushions could do with a clean.
The gym is good and the pool looks great although I didn't swim.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

호텔 시설은 한국 큰 모텔 수준이구요
편의시설은 모두 있어요
주변 마트 식당마사지 샵 커피 등 호텔 바로 앞에도 많은 매장들이 있어서 편하구 해변까지 설렁설렁 걸어 4분정도 라서 그것도 딱이구요

조금이 아니라 많이 마음에 안 드네요. 가격 생각하면 딱 중간 정도인데 솔직히 별로입니다.
첫째 오래 되었는데 오래 된걸 떠나서 각층에 쇼파있는 대기공간이 있는데 에어컨 아예 작동 안 해서 매우 덥습니다.
둘째 방이 매우 좁습니다. 이 가격에 이 정도이면 당연하기는 한데 그래도 매우 아쉽습니다.
샛째 조식 뷔페 식당은 붐빌때에 가면 자리가 없습니다. 제가 갔을땨에 aia 보험 설계사들이 워크샵 왔는데 조식때 자리가 없었습니다. 이런 경우는 거의 없다고 하더라도 서빙 직원 표정이 다들 어둡습니다. 다들 무표정이 아니라 아주 어둡고 거기다가 포크.수저 놓는 깔판을 교체를 안 합니다. 그냥 한번 털고 난 뒤에 그 위에 그냥 올려버립니다. 그것도 내가 보고 있는데 자리 치우면서 그러는걸 보고 경악했습니다.
다른 사람들 음식이 묻은 숟가락을 올려놓고 사용하는데 그걸 그대로 털고 새숟가락을 놓던데..아니 새숟가락인지도 모를..수거하는 숟가락과 새숟가락읗 같은 쟁반위에 올려놓고 테이블 청소하더군요.
넷째. 방음 아예 안 됨. 소리가 너무 잘 듷리고 그리고 문제는 빙문이 인 닫힙니다. 도어 클로저가 고장났는데 수리를 안 해 놓았습니다. 밥먹으러 갔는데 왔더니 방문이 그대로 열린 채로 있었습니다. 그리고 샤워 헤드도 맛탱이가 기서 물이 새고 그럽니다.
전반적으로 시설보수 및 관리가 시급합니다.
다섯째. 한국인 단체 관광. 패키지 여행객들이 이용하는 곳이더군요. 결론은 패키지 딱 그 수준입니다. 2인 기준 조식 포함 5만원대이면 하시고 아니면 하지 마세요. 저는 아이 포함 3명에 8만원 중반대에 했는데 솔직히 좀 아깝더군요.
그럼 좋은 점은
리셉션 직원은 친절합니다. 아무래도 업무 강도가 식당보다 나아서 그런가 식당 직원보다는 표정이 살아 있습니다.
1픙 로비 8시부터 10시까지 음료수 50프로 할인인데 망고스무디가 350000동입니다. 우리 돈으로 2천원인데 매우 맛있습니다. 이거 외에도 50프로 할인안데 시간 되면 꼭 드셔보세요.
조식 반참수는 매우 적습니다. 이게 매우 단점인데 맛은 그럭저럭 좋아서 장점이 될수도.
계란 요리가 맛있는지 제 아들은 계란 후라이만 5개는 먹은 듯. 빵도 괜찮았습니다. 종류가 적어서 아쉽지만 빵 계란은 괜찮았습니다. 김치도 있어서 라면 듶고가면 더 맛있개 먹을 듯. 이틀 숙박했는데 첫날 삼겹살 볶음은 좋았습니다.
.그 외 수영장 좀 작은 편. 더워서 낮에는 사용못하고 아침저녁 잠깐.
오션뷰인데 앞에 건물이 가려서 좀 아쉽지만 그럭저럭 좋아요. 일출 볼려면 5히 일어니면 볼수 있을듯.
결론은 5만원대이면 무난하지만 오션보가 아닌 시티뷰 가격이라서...
일단 단체 괸광 호텔이니 이걸 감안하고 예약하심 좋아요.

Thank you because this is a great hotel. I stayed here with my family for 3 nights during my vacation. Everything was great, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. I enthusiastically recommend that you try to experience staying here when you have the opportunity to come to this city. It's great, I will come back when the opportunity arises.
