Got to our room and the floor was soaking wet so I had to grab a couple of towels to dry the floor cos the house keeper did not dry it before we enter our room. For an apartment accommodation they had no cups, no spoons, no chairs to sit on the dining table no floor mats in the bathroom, no iron. Where they had the pots and pans and some knives and a fork had black hair on it . So I told reception manager all those things and explained to her about what apartment should have but the manager told me to buy my own coffee cups and spoons if I want to have something hot to drink. I told her not a very good service. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone as they are not friendly especially the manager that’s running it. No apologies or even attempted to try bring us anything we requested so we changed hotels the next day.
