K-House vs Apartment

A hotel well worth booking! ❤️ The staff were friendly and the location and service were great. It exceeds expectations at this price point. The shortcoming is that the bath water in the room I stayed in was often not hot enough during night. The water temperature was still ok for me when it gets cold but might be too cold for some.

Excellent family friendly hotel close to beach and restaurants. Staff excellent, especially Trang on reception, a very helpful young girl. Rooms large and well appointed. Will stay again when in Da Nang

Home away home. K-House apar**ent at the My Khe Beach in Da Nang is an amazing place that I stayed at for the second time. You can call it a house, an apar**ent, or a hotel, but to me it was my second home. The location was just about a few minutes walk to the water, quiet and fresh air always breeze throughout. The building and decoration was very modern, Japanese or Swiss Bell style Excellent large room with full silverware and appliances that you can cook a meal with for the whole family. There was also a small pool right at the window; breakfast there was beautiful. It is very good quality and the food was unique. The chef was friendly with a nice smile to anyone. You can ask her to prepare for you a delicious seafood dinner party to host your friends at a lower cost compared to the restaurants nearby. The front staff were pleasant and efficient. They are always there for you, ensuring all your needs are met to your request. They have motorbike rentals at a reasonable price. The location is perfect, the price is affordable, it's clean and convenient, and the most important thing was the cleaning and friendly services. We like it and definitely will stay again soon. We enjoyed Vip room for 4days. For my baby(1 year old), they provided baby bed(cocot) and microwave to make babymeal walm. The pool was so quiet and clean. At the final day, our flight would be midnight deperture, so we used later chack-out until 18:00. Their services were perfectly kind and polite, local food restaurants where the staff recommended us was awesome.

K-House is a lovely place to stay in Da Nang. Nothing beats K-House’s staff, they are all divine and very friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Minh and Savannah are just the best, we love them both. We made friends with them! We stayed in the room that has a direct access to the pool, and we simply loved it. The room is very spacious which we love so much. The bathroom is nice, we enjoyed the bath tub so much. The kitchen has all the basic needs, if you want to cook inside, you can just ask the staff and they’ll setup the cooking device. They make up the room on a daily basis, give you new sets of towels and refills every single day. Simply divine! The room has a direct access to the pool, but the draw back there is that when there are others who are in the pool, they will use the chairs that are situated just outside your door. Also the dish washing area is right outside, but it didn’t bother us too much. The breakfast buffet does not have much of options, but we love the choices otherwise. We are Pho lovers, and we love that we get to eat different Pho every morning. We simply loved our stay at K-House and will definitely stay there again.

Da Nang is a pretty chaotic and steamy town, so we were relieved to find this boutique hotel. It afforded a poolside vibe with proximity to the beach and really spacious comfortable rooms. The staff were genuinely friendly and could not do enough for us. The two concierges set this tone and were particularly good with our kids. Khouse is located one street back from the beach on a street with a family-run laundry, hairdresser, convenience store and a host of restaurants.

Room is well decorated and clean. It is near the beach and sea food restaurant Staff are friendly and nice Breakfast is fine bc this is small so we don’t expect much. The pool is nice and big enough to enjoy The garden is really green with beautiful tree and flowers. Should try!

My husband and I loved the K House. It is very close to the the beach, surrounded by restaurants and there are taxis nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. We appreciated that or room was serviced before lunch each day. There is a small but refreshing pool, which was welcome after a long day. Breakfast was great, we found plenty to keep us full. The staff are all very friendly.

+ Không hiểu sao một nơi ở khá tốt mà lại không có nhiều review. Vị trí tốt, đi bộ 2 phút là tới biển, phòng ở sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Khuôn viên khách sạn không lớn nhưng thiết kế hợp lí và đẹp. Bể bơi phù hợp cho trẻ con chơi chứ không bơi được vì diện tích khá nhỏ. - Đoàn mình gặp khúc mắc khi đặt ăn sáng mà tới nơi lại không có, tuy nhiên khách sạn cũng có hướng giải quyết hợp lí. Quanh khu vực đó có Nguyễn Văn Thoại và Châu Thị Vĩnh Tế có rất nhiều đồ ăn sáng để lựa chọn.
