✅The location was great as it was very close to the beach. One of the best things was that there was a small store and some top restaurants right across the street, which was very convenient. ❗️ The pool was located right next to the dining area, but it was smaller than expected and didn't match the pictures I had seen. This was a bit disappointing. ✅On the bright side, the breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing. There was a big variety of options, and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed starting our day with such a tasty meal. ❗️The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were in good condition. However, I did notice that they didn't sweep or mop the floor unless I specifically asked them to do so. Also, when we ordered food from their restaurant, nobody came to take the plate that day or even the next day. I ended up having to take it downstairs myself, which was a bit inconvenient. ✅The hotel staff were quite helpful, though. They assisted us in booking tickets to Ba Na Hills, which was very nice of them. Additionally, there was an ATM right next to the hotel, which was super helpful for us as tourists.

Nice view with nice hotel but the tv is hard to use

Nice, good size bedrooms, great location...many selections and varieties of breakfast buffet selection, nice Cafe, very friendly and good customer service, very attentive to our needs, there are lots restaurants nearby, night markets, 24 hr convenient store just next door, massages, coffee shops. Easy access, walking distance to the beach. Only complain is slow internet service. Other than that highly recommend this hotel.

Overall Experience was Amazing. Kudos to the front desk staff for being so patient & welcoming us late in the evening, that welcome drink whatever it was tasted fresh & definitely much needed after the flight. Location - Strategically located close to the beach - Nice view (Junior Suite rooms) - Probably all the rooms on the floor will have at least 1 sea View which is great. Not located on the main road meaning you could have a peaceful sleep at night without the noise of neighboring clubs & bars. Room - You get what you see in pictures exactly the same (Size & facilities) really cozy bed and a nice view. No exaggeration I couldn't thank them more for this. Stayed in 2 other places during the trip this was the best room we ever had. Breakfast - I don't have any complaints about that, there was something for everyone & changed every day which looks nice. The restaurant even went a step away to chop some veggies for my kid's lunch - Cheers to these lads much appreciated. Front Desk - I couldn't thank the staff more for allocating the best rooms & responding back with every request sooner than ever. Special mention to KIMCHI (hope I'm spelling this right) for booking the BANA Hills tour and cab for us from her pocket & allowing us to pay later as ATMs nearby weren't working. Bar- They are open till 1ish we were the only group drinking until 1 on a weekday, with reasonable prices, a nice ambiance & cool bartender (He tailor-made cocktails for us) A wonderful trip in Da Nang, would definitely come back & stay in the same hotel. If I would recommend this to anyone - 100% yes & Indians - there's an Indian restaurant on the doorstep & several others within 5 minutes walk.

We booked this Hotel because they have big rooms for family‘s. Everything clean, friendly room service. Airconditioning in every room, works perfect. Perfect location, beach, restaurant,sportsbar,atm, bike rental and supermarket around the Hotel.

It's a great hotel in a great location, the beach and plenty of eating places within walking distance. The breakfast was nice and different every day. The room is clean and spacious. I tried massage in their spa and it was really good. The main asset their is definitely its personnel, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Average on everything, the bed is very dirty on first day, there are hairs and stuffs when I opened up the blanket. Very rough beddings and covers, they are like decades old stuffs which I think it’s horrible. Stayed at 5th floor, not sure it’s because of tet season or regularly they have people blasting music opposite the room until 2am on average nights. I was there for 4 nights and music runs on every night. Walls are fairly thin you could hear people next door if they are loud. Buffet breakfast is good tho, went to their spa which is not bad. The rest is average, meh. Worth every penny? 3.5/5 , 0.5 comes from free breakfast. They upgraded my parents room for free which is 2 times larger than mine

Stayed here in summer and booked again for my friends in winter. Great breakfast, great service, just a few steps from the beach. Amenities good, room is spacious. Nothing to complain for both stays.
