⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y puedo decir sinceramente que fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Todo fue absolutamente perfecto, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, las instalaciones estaban en perfecto estado y el ambiente era muy acogedor. Sin embargo, lo que más destacó fue el increíble servicio del personal. Todos los miembros del equipo fueron cálidos, profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su hospitalidad hizo que mi estancia fuera inolvidable. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Lucie, quien se esmeró al máximo para asegurarse de que me sintiera cómoda y bien atendida. Su amabilidad, atención al detalle y genuino cuidado marcaron una gran diferencia en mi estancia. Gracias a todo el equipo por una experiencia tan maravillosa. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque un servicio excepcional y una estancia memorable. ¡Sin duda volveré!

El New Orient Hotel es el mejor para nosotros si queremos una escapada corta. Lamentamos habernos quedado solo dos noches. El personal, la señorita Jenny, nos ayudó mucho, como reservar un coche para visitar la montaña de mármol, Hoi An. La mayoría del personal del New Orient Hotel es amable. Nos encanta su bar en la azotea, especialmente el gerente del bar, el barman. Vale la pena alojarse en este hotel, la relación calidad-precio es excelente y el desayuno bufé es increíble. Will definitely come back to this hotel. I forgot my laptop at home and they are so kind to allow me to use their business computer for 8 hrs for my work. We loved the breakfast so much

We had an excellent stay...the hotel crew named Lucie is very proactive with her assistance and she's lovely... As well as My from the restaurant, Rose the supervisor,Mya the receptionist...they are very warm hearted...Lucas,Felix, Johnny are also nice people.

Really loved my stay here. There's absolutely nothing negative to say except that the gym was a bit small. I stayed in the Deluxe City view room. The bed was sooooooo comfy and the room was nice and spacious. Lovely clean bathroom as well. Breakfast on the 7th floor was very yummy, Also it is in a nice quiet part of town if you don't want to be in the busy beach area. Unfortunately the weather was not good so I didn't get to use teh pool. This will be my first choice on all future visits to Danang.

Our stay in New Orient Hotel is unforgettable, not only the sincere smile but also the service provided by their staffs, especially the warm services by Rose. Everying is good except the noisy ring bell from the church nearby 4 am in the morning.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but there was an unpleasant smell. The rooms were not cleaned very well — there were a lot of hairs left on the socks and on the slippers from previous guests. The hotel is in a good location, and the breakfasts are sufficient. Overall, it’s a decent hotel for a stay in Da Nang.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff located in a quieter part of da nang beach area. Had a great time here and were treated amazing by the staff and locals. Perfect location to take a grab ride to the main strip area for food and drinks. The hotel itself was so clean and nice the pool was amazing and there were so many amenities and options from the minibar!

Being a city hotel, there was a bit of noise from the surroundings, but the hotel provided earplugs, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it’s a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Danang with a central location. A bit more privacy for the balcony area would be nice, but the experience was still enjoyable.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and breakfast at its Italian restaurant offers very good view of the city. The wardrobe design connecting the bedroom and bathroom is also very convenient. This hotel is very great value for money.

Cheap but good quality hotel. Baby cot is huge. Hotel is very clean Staff are super friendly Location is ok, anyway we took grab all the times. The hotel breakfast is just fine.
