First of all, when I arrived 1pm, they couldn't arrange early check-in and told me need to wait for 2pm. Also,the hotel has strict rules to customers, when you check-in they give you a lists of rules to follow, such as check out time is 12pm, if you check out 12:01 pm it will charge 30% of room charge. Besides, their swimming pool is small with no people serving at the roof. You can't order drink or asking anything at there. The Breakfast is horrible taste. Even a signature of vietnam noodles "Tho" taste so weird. The watermelon juice taste like water. I had really bad experience in this hotel. I will never book again.

Very appreicated front desk staff arranged a free upgrade from Deluxe Double Room to Exceutive Suite with Bath Room.

There was no towels upstairs near the pool, room was big which was good, breakfast was also good.

The hotel has a very elegant and luxurious feel, and I managed to book it at a promotional rate through Trip.com, which made it even better value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They would often approach guests proactively whenever they noticed someone might need assistance, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. I stayed on Level 9, and the view from my room was fantastic. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and inviting. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I was tempted to stay in the room rather than venture out into the scorching Da Nang heat during my visit. The only downside was the bathroom setup, where the shower was combined with the bathtub. It could be a little slippery and not very convenient when showering inside the bathtub. Without a proper divider, water tended to splash across the bathroom floor, making it harder to keep the area dry. That said, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Luxurious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious enough, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good with a nice variety of options. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained, the staff provided excellent service, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The room was also very clean. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay — highly recommended.

Hotel advertised city view but attached image is the view I received. Approach staff and they said they are fully booked hence we got the rooms with other resident balcony view. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Trip gave me a compensation for the hotel false advertisement. Despite the bed being comfortable, I think these misleading advertisement got to go

Location is good, just a few hundred meters from the beach. Getting around by Grab bike was cheap and fast and convenient. The room was clean — not very new, but well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I stayed for 3 nights — the 2nd day’s breakfast was mostly the same as the 1st day’s. On the 3rd day, I only had fruits and eggs. It would be nice to have 3–4 rotating set menus, so guests won’t get bored with the breakfast. Overall, I have no regrets choosing to stay here.

I am appreciate on the overall service, staff are nice and helpful. Good quality breakfast. Nice pool and the location is convenience. It was walking distance to the beach, also not far from the airport. The problem is about the cleanness, there were so many ants in the room, which was terrify, so I asked to change the room, but unfortunately the hotel is full, the reception came over to kill them. I don't think they are all gone anyway. They change the room for us on the second day. The other room was fine, the table still a bit sticky, but we manage to clean it by ourself. So I would say the cleanness is really an issue.
