Las habitaciones son decentes, el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no enfriaba. Habitación muy calurosa durante el mediodía. La ubicación es buena. Gracias por la sorpresa de cumpleaños.

Nice clean hotel with bell service. Provided us as per request, highest floor and honeymoon decoration on bed with Macarons. Lobby was clean, harmony lighting, an Apple iMac for guests and a piano which was a pretty nice touch. Room facing sea and sunrise, beautiful. Mild midnight noise from restaurants and bars across could be a down side but we explored the city til late and we had ear plugs, so there was not an issue for us. Toilet seat was awesome, Japanese technology, it came with many buttons to clean our back side after use, with heated seat too, there’s no cold shock sitting on it midnight, perfect. Nice and clean swimming pool and mini gym on rooftop with amazing sea view, a sky bar to order drinks too. Scooter rental was behind the building just 5 mins walk, cheapest price we had throughout our trip. The jockey service worth a mention, helped us with scooter parking in the basement, loved it. Wide choice of breakfast, local and western, restaurant was clean facing sunrise but curtain was down because it was too hot in summer months, cutleries and hanker chief were ready on every table, felt luxe. Cons: in a busy beach zone, a ***** of seafood restaurants and bars right centrally across the hotel, which makes it a popular evening spots for diners. Many similar high hotel buildings next to each other, expect many tour buses and cars in front of the hotel. Also reason why the prices were so competitive and considered low for what we had. Hotel had only 2 elevators for 19th floor, had to wait patiently. Room had a big half body mirror in the bathroom but lighting was not bright enough for mirror, great if it had a full body mirror in the room.

Great convenient location for everything. Nice roof top swimming pool and bar. Service staff so kind and polite. I didn't wanna leave there for a while.

Good position, good services

A very nice hotel, right on the beach. The pool was great and the morning breakfast was delicious. I would recommend if you're coming to DaNang and you want to live comfortably.

The hotel is near the beach and lots of seafood nearby at walking distance. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and I’m happy with the stay here. The amenities is top notch, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna in the hotel. Highly recommended people to stay here.

Staff are courteous and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. Room was decorated beautifully, and a slice of cake and handwritten note for our celebration which was a pleasant surprise. Room is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Hotel facilities such as the pool and My khe beach, easily accessible. Has a variety of seafood restaurants and bars along the road. Overall a satisfactory and value for money stay!

Hotel location is just across My Khe beach. Hotel is bit run down but service is good. Cleanliness wise need to improve. I have booked a seaview room at floor 7 but the full length window was quite dirty it obsure the view some what ..breakfast spread was good with lots of tv channel to choose from.

Hotels location is great! Unfortunately staff tried their best but few rules they gotta follow in which puts the hotel 2-3 stars max. Seaview bedroom is a good choice to book.

On trying to book through Trip, my chosen room wasn’t available, therefore, I booked my flight separately and resubmitted my request to book again through Trip. The price was not only showing higher but limited availability. On arrival the rooms with a view were showing £42 cheaper than what I’d paid to look at a wall!. , however note the reception not only refused to match the rate, they told me they were fully sold out”even though I showed them the website showing availability” I travel “alone” BUT I was refused by the manager a reimbursement for the 2 breakfasts on 2 days. On day 1 I asked for milk at breakfast and was refused, I was told to return the milk, I was not allowed to take, despite explaining no milk had been put complimentary in my room. I then had to go to reception to ask for milk ! The elevator’s take forever, were overcrowded and no service elevator for the staff nor porters. The AC had broke in the foyer and I was repeatedly asked to wait to check out.. they made me sign a sheet as they checked the room and the “complimentary cheap throw away flip flops’ I drew the line at being charged for a bottle of water as I’d already paid premium rate over £42 more for 2 nights and no discounts. “Stating it was impossible” Overall fridge was dirty, toilet and doors were peppered with handprints. The Buffett breakfast has zero hand sanitizer on entry. I travel alone and had to ask on 2 days for a reservation sign for my table, as even though I put coffee and room card cover my table was repeatedly taken by other guest. I had to ask for a table reservation sign as this is unfortunately a pitfall of traveling alone. Overall terrible for the equivalent price range in Vietnam.
