Radisson Hotel Curitiba

The restaurant service is really bad! I want to pay my dinner, this guy just bring a POS Machine, and ask me to tap, didn’t even show me the number of the Bill. That was the most unprofessional service I’ve seen before and very in-respectable to guests.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Nice place

Located in the heart of Curitiba city, very nice and friendly service, clean room with perfect shower and a very good breakfast.

Bom hotrl, cafe da manha excelente. Bairro bem localizado. Valeu a pena!
