Llegué aquí en mitad de la noche, luchando con mis dos maletas muy pesadas. Estaba exhausto y desanimado, pero me recibieron dos empleados muy agradables, Gihan y otro chico alto del que nunca supe su nombre. Es realmente genial conocer gente agradable que es eficiente y educada. Me ayudaron con mi equipaje, el check-in fue rápido y fácil y el alojamiento era genial. La habitación es ideal para pasar la noche y está muy limpia. También hay servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, lo único malo es que si querías que te recogieran en el aeropuerto, el servicio empieza a las 4 de la mañana y no había agua embotellada en la habitación. Aparte de eso, no tengo ninguna queja.

No estoy contento con haberme despertado a las 23 h por la alarma de incendios porque alguien se estaba secando el pelo cuando yo tenía que estar despierto a las 3 h. Así que solo dormí 2 h y 30 min, lo cual no es bueno.

I booked the hotel at LGW instead of luton They wouldn’t switch the hotel for and wouldn’t give a refund I think that’s awful Really bad customer service

Arrived late after Mattch, Staff very friendly and helpful, no problem getting refreshments and information on shuttle service to airport next morning ,great value

Absolutely spotless clean hotel and so close to Gatwick airport, Jennifer on the front desk was so helpful and accommodating she went out of her way to change the food I wasn’t happy with and explained all bus routes for me 😀

Very clean. Everything was in good condition. You can take easily bus to crawly broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location with lots of choices for food and shopping too. Great sea view from the window and easy bus to Palma center.

It's clearly had a good refurb at least superfically, but why not put new doors in with better sound isolation from the corridor? and more acosutic isolation in the walls? and fix the plumbing as you can hear endlessly singing taps from all corners of the floors? And windows that do not open to let fresh air in and get dust out? and automatic front doors that dont knock you over when you walk in. Also £25 PER NIGHT for parking is absurd. Location is fairly close to gatwick for flights but pretty aweful for any other reason as such i would nto reccomend for local business needs

We are taking an early flight from Gatwick Airport to Rome the next morning and the hotel is just about 15 mins drive away. The rooms are cosy with sufficient facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also have a mini bar for drinking and also ala carte food to order. I’m very satisfied with the place as it is convenient and recommended.

Booked a room here for my sister and nieces. I requested for late check out for them, and initially we were told by a lady at front desk that late checkout is “up to 5pm”, then when we were ready to book late check out a worker named Neil told us it was 4pm. The following day when I called, they said my sister and nieces had to get out by 3pm which I found weird as this wasn’t what was previously agreed before paying . He said it is subject to availability which I understand but this was never explained initially and if I didn’t call, I would have never known that. I was trying to explain this to an employee on the phone when another worker by the name of “Bee” rudely took the phone and handled the call extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She hung up the phone in my ear twice and ignored my future calls and refused for me to explain my situation to her that I was trying to explain to another employee. She said she didn’t want to hear it. She admitted that she was eavesdropping on the phone call so she didn’t want to hear my explanation as she already heard it. At that point I felt like my privacy on the call was being violated since I didn’t know she was listening to the conversation. She called me rude (although I could not finish one sentence without her interrupting and she wouldn’t let me speak) . I did shout and asked her to let me speak and that’s why she called me rude but all I wanted was a chance to speak. Anyway, I have never experienced anything like this before. She treated me like an animal on the phone and I will be reporting her until disciplinary action is taken. I would like those calls to be reviewed and have sent an email in for investigation into the matter.
