"Would not recommend to anyone. It was dirty, there was what seemed to be poop on the shower curtain, bedding was stained, washcloths and towels were stained, there was a foul smell in the room. The door handle came off in my hand when I tried to come out of the room. Definitely overpriced. Management not interested in fixing any problems, didn't want to hear any complaints. After driving over 15 hours I was too exhausted to keep searching for a room. Again, I wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"I had a very bad migraine and I just wanted to get in a room that had a hot tub so at first I thought I’d book the room for $87 that had the hot tub but that was my mistake. I had until 6 o’clock or 630 to cancel this reservation. I get there go in the room realize it’s not the room. It’s about 530 at this point, I go to the front and tell her that I would like the room with the hot tub in it because of my migraines and seizures mind you it is not 6 o’clock yet they would not let me cancel this one as I had already paid. I had to pay 70 more dollars for a room that I couldn’t even use the hot tub because it was spitting out orange water. They came in my room at midnight trying to fix it. Do not recommend and I should be refunded all my money not to mention the rooms were the same price on Trip.com."
