NEC附近沒有好位置了 這家雖然離得遠 但打車過來也很快 不堵車 整體環境很不錯 有室內酒吧 露天酒吧 不過沒有電梯 如果行李比較重建議存放前台保管

We met some friends and family for the weekend and had a lovely stay (we have been in the past too). The bar/lounge areas have recently been refurbished and are stylish, clean and comfortable. Our room was large, clean and tidy, new carpet I would say as it was lovely. Comfortable beds, great choice of options for beds actually (we had a family room with a double and single bed) good sized bathroom, and clean. The bathrooms are a dated in appearance, but very clean and worked, so can’t complain really. The breakfast room is also nicely decorated, and the breakfast both mornings of our stay were lovely! Freshly cooked poached eggs on toast for my other half, and I was pleased they had DF milk available for my cereal! The staff we encountered were all friendly, and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.

The room was okay, but the shower was just a dribble. The flush handle on the toilet was pointing downward, making it difficult to flush and there was very little toilet paper, not good in a room for 4. Sleep was very difficult as the room was so hot, as there was no control over the heating, other than to fully open the windows. Not great as the hotel is on a very busy road, therefore, very noisy. The evening meal was vile! Rubbery frozen vegetables and the lasagne was just a disgusting slop, barring no resemblance to lasagne other than in looks. The cheese cake was nice though! The bar was very poorly stocked with very little choice and that choice was poor. The bar advertised that it closed at 9:15pm, not sure many people stayed that late lol. The only saving grace was the staff, they were very helpful and very friendly, they are wasted in this hotel.

Pillows were ok, happy to have 2 each. The room was reasonably sized for the money. The bed was awful oneside slopped down, my husband fell out of bed in the early hours due to this, we both woke with a achy backs, stiff necks and the feeling we hadn't slept much. The noise in the early hours from other guests was loud, however, you can get this anywhere. What did impress me was the alarm on the door handles, if someone tried getting into your room you would know about it!

Stayed for 2 nights with work. Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Dated carpets and decor, no wardrobe, just a shelf to hang clothes on. Feels like lower budget (with the greatest respect) than a Travelodge but at around twice the price. The room at the front of the hotel was directly facing the dual carriageway which was about 20 metres away. That plus the poorly performing double glazing had the effect of every car whizzing by feeling like I was sat on the hard shoulder, such was the noise level. Paper thin curtains did nothing to blockout the noise or the near 5000watt street lamp shining directly into my room. The paper thin walls did nothing to deafen the noises from guests in other rooms or in the corridors. Consequently I had a very poor night's sleep and woke-up feeling terrible. The restaurant was poor, the menu very limited and the decor and atmosphere was depressing. I felt the need to get out of there quickly or I may never leave. Felt like I was on death row. I found myself staring wistfully and longingly across the dual carriageway at the Windmill Village Hotel directly across the road. The people; smiling, happy to be there, enjoying their time, content, peaceful and appreciated and in nice surroundings. 'Sigh'. I stayed here for two nights. After the first night I even considered leaving and paying to go somewhere else at my own expense, just so I didn't have to suffer again this awful place. The hotel feels unkempt, unhappy and unloved which is how I felt when I drove slowly away...
