Coventry City Centre

Debido a que Coventry es pequeño en general, el transporte y las atracciones son relativamente convenientes, pero el ambiente general del hotel es promedio, no hay pantuflas ni artículos de tocador en la habitación, la calidad de la red no es buena, el wifi es lento y hay no hay señal cuando es reemplazada por tráfico, por lo que el video no se puede deslizar. . Si se utiliza como opción temporal para una noche, la relación precio/rendimiento no es muy alta. Debido a que fue seleccionado por las críticas de los tres estrenos, no sé si los demás son iguales.

This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business trips. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)

房間大小還不錯，酒店位置也很贊，去市中心很近。前台的工作人員非常熱情，我的房卡出了一點小問題，工作人員解決的非常耐心！酒店早餐是自助點餐制，點了一份英式早餐，量真的很大，口味也很正宗，贊！

We visited here on the 2nd April 2024 and stayed on the second floor. However on arrival my husband noticed the huge gym attached to the hotel. We arrived slightly late and needed our 2 year old to get to sleep, however the banging started once we were all settled in bed. 9.15pm we are still trying to get our children to sleep with the room banging and juddering from the gym next door (I have no idea what they were doing!) We rang down to reception to find the gym only shuts at 10pm. The noise then restarted at 6.39 the next morning! This is on a family quiet floor! I have rung customer relations but been refused a refund, due to the fact the noise is classed as ‘external’. The hotel are aware of the gym noise and this needs to be rectified or family’s notified of the noise levels upon arrival. Really disappointed!
