Valoraciones de Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry

Todo perfecto excepto el colchon, deberían cambiarlo. Pero el resto muy bien, tiene un restaurante donde cenamos y desayunamos muy bien. Ademas frente al hotel varios restaurantes.

Nice hotel that also give you the gym !! Nice location as well. I request for the high floor and nice view which the hotel provide me the highest floor with the nice view as i requested !

We had a 2 night stay and it was lovely. 10 minutes walk from railway station and convenient. Menu looked good however didn't eat at the hotel. Recommended

I usually book this hotel like every 2-3 months whenever I come to coventry but this time it felt like a bit awkward due to staff behaviour. I just wanna clear ‘The lady’ who checked me in was really nice, sweet and professional with what she’s doing, however the morning staff wasn’t very polite as I had already paid for a late checkout because I wasn’t well that night and couldn’t rest properly, yet the staff still called me without first double-checking with their team which shows there’s no communication. I was unwell and asleep when they called, and instead of apologising for the mistake, the lady hung up abruptly.  On top of that, the housekeeping staff opened my room door without knocking first and again there’s no apology. They opened the door and only then said “hello,” which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Overall, the lack of communication, manners, and respect for guest privacy really affected our experience and I’m I won’t come back here again.

It was a good stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The website says they offer free parking for members, but because they have given it to a third party, they couldn't provide the benefit to us.

Solo traveling for an event. Location close to city centre and the staff were very helpful. The room was dim light but I didn’t mind it.
