Very nice all over.
Amazing price, train station is at walking distance, clean room and bathroom, mini kitchen available and friendly staff. (There was quite some noise on the streets in the morning so mind that if you’re a light sleeper)
But we had an amazing stay!

I was there for 3 days and the room was never cleaned. Not sure if they didn't offer the service, but they never showed. It was the perfect room for a solo traveler simply looking for somewhere convenient to stay. The amenities in the room were nice. I loved having a stove and kettle in the room for making coffee w/ breakfast. No air conditioning in the room, and the giant windows which opened fully didn't have any way to screen the bugs. I had a few visitors while there. Thankfully the pigeons stayed outside. :)

Le lit n’est pas très confortable (un trou au milieu), les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas changés tous les jours, le petit-déjeuner est maigre par rapport au prix (11€!) bref faut voir tout ça car ce net pas un hôtel à 1 étoile quand même!

Studio propre et calme
Seul bémol, le rideau occultant ne couvrait pas le bas de la fenêtre et cela est gênant quand le fenêtre se situe au niveau des réverbères (au premier étage).
