No me quedaré cuando descubrí que estaba bajo nueva propiedad y nuevos empleados, pero ... Wow estaba más allá impresionado!! La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Este lugar fue arriba y más allá de mi hija se acercó a algo o se atormentó en la playa y la mujer en el escritorio frontal que la noche fue capaz de sacar un kit de primera ayuda inmediatamente para ayudarnos y satisfacer las necesidades de ALL. Ella me dijo que la habitación que estabamos en fue etiquetada la “sala de fiesta” 219 y era muy amable, amable, informativo y hizo todo lo que podía para ayudarnos con la pintura o la mordida más nuestra estadía. No recuerdo su nombre, pero trabaja por la noche y creo que comenzó con una K o Kayla. El Newport Channel Inn está haciendo mejor que nunca y no podemos esperar a volver (minus la mordida/sting de la playa) Puede parecer más viejo desde el exterior, pero la calidad del sentimiento de casa estar lejos de casa, ¡Esos empleados especiales y la playa a lo largo de la calle siempre me tendrán como invitado repetido!

My wife and I often stay at Marriot properties throughout the United States. We are retired and do a lot of travel in the US and abroad. The customer service at each Marriott Hotel location has been very good, however at the Marriott Bayview, Newport Beach the service we received upon arrival and all throughout our one-week stay were exceptional. Let me explain. When we arrived at the Hotel, my wife and I was greeted by Josiah Escamilla, the Manager. To say he was very professional, very polite, and very accommodating is an understatement. Josiah was excellent in the attention he gave us, his professional demeanor, and most of all the unbelievable hospitality that Josiah showed us was just…incredible. Never before have we ever been treated with such hospitality in such a professional and courteous manner. Josiah made our stay just an absolute delight. Josiah made certain that whenever we called for room service or for extra towels, blankets, etc., we got what we needed in record time. Josiah was very knowledgeable about events and activities in the hotel and the various amenities the hotel had to offer e.g., restaurant, in-room dining service, gym, outside walking trail, etc. He and his staff made our stay very enjoyable. When we left the hotel, my wife thought that she had lost her purse, we called Josiah to inform him of the loss and within just 15 minutes Josiah called us back to let us know that he had gone back to our room and found my wife’s purse. He then secured the purse in the Hotel safe and insisted that he be the one to give it to my wife when she returned the following day to pick it up. Josiah also was able to correct an error in our Lifetime Gold Elite membership points, which upon our checkout had not been added to our account. He called us to inform us that he made the correction and as a result, the points we earned during our stay, were added to our existing points balance. He and his staff must be acknowledged for the tremendous work they put in to make our visit so comfortable and so enjoyable. We really appreciate the unbelievably high level of service we received throughout our stay. This kind of exceptional service we enjoyed, thanks to Josiah and the rest of his staff, Christine, Maryam, Mariana, Stephanie, Anthony, Tommy, and Josef is why we will continue to stay at Marriott Hotels and particularly the Bayview Marriott, Newport Beach. Kudos to Josiah and the entire staff at the Marriott Bayview Hotel, Newport Beach, California. Thank you, Brian W.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Of all the staff, Drea remembers me and my team each time. While the entire staff at the hotel is friendly, Drea is miles above the rest. One thing, it’s time to renovate the property. The rooms are dated. The shower is made for short people. If it wasn’t for my friend at the bar, I might not return.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed a night for president’s day weekend. We checked in around 8 PM and were greeted by excellent service from their front desk specialist, Alexander. Alexander was quick to get us checked in and truly helped us feel welcome. I can say it was one of the best check in experiences I have had. He was able to provide all pertinent info we needed and promptly direct us to our room. We found our room very clean and ready for a relaxing evening after a day on our feet. Thanks Alexander and the team at Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County!

Soy Hilton Diamond y Marriott Ambassador Elite (Estoy en habitaciones 300+ noches al año para trabajar) y este hotel es uno de los mejores. La habitación era muy buena, muy bien actualizada. Cada empleado que conocí me sorrió y me dijo cuánto apreciaron que me quedara aquí y volver pronto. No estoy seguro de quién es el gerente de esta propiedad, pero hacen las cosas correctas y si yo poseía una propiedad de fin superior, los atraparía en un segundo. Las críticas positivas son todas verdad y después de mis cuatro noches aquí, soy un fan. ¡Estaré de vuelta! Oh, y el A/C es grande- que es una rara vez en California. Mantenga el gran trabajo!!!

PPINGEl personal del hotel era muy amable, el desayuno era bueno y no lujoso, pero básicamente bueno. El hotel está a 25 minutos en coche de Disney y aproximadamente a una hora de Universal Studios. El aeropuerto también tarda una hora y media. Esta cerca de Irvine. Puedes ir allí para comer comida china, puedes comer Haidilao, y la carne de res es imprescindible. También hay ramen multi-party net red hi, solo para alinearse. En resumen, se recomienda este hotel, hay una sala de lavandería, y el estacionamiento subterráneo también puede llegar al ascensor, lo cual es genial.

RRobinsonLa habitación era bastante bonita, aunque había quemaduras de cigarrillos en el edredón. Nos alojamos en una habitación ”para no fumadores”. El encargado de recepción de noche parecía ser muy desagradable. Además, no creo que haya un aire acondicionado que funcione en la habitación. Solo un viejo interruptor de luz normal que dice encendido / apagado, incluí una imagen. Mantuvimos dicho interruptor encendido toda la noche y todavía hacía mucho calor. Si el aire acondicionado hubiera estado funcionando, habría sido una estancia placentera.
