"It’s out of town, but as a place tovisut, Corsica isn’t really about the towns. Aside from the views from the hotel itself, there are paths to the riverside not far away. Grumpy madame? Not in my experience - though that was possibly assisted by my first words being in French. Our rooom was well appointed, with more electric sockets than our previous Corsica hotels, and wi-fi that works properly. Minor exception in the bathroom, which had examples of two globally common faults - a hand sink plug that doesn’t keep water at all well, and thw shower experience where a screen along the too of the bath has a considerable gap. Breakfast is a bit of a mixed bag - some common options missing, but lots of local options including good charcuterie, though some of the cakes seemed raher dry - local style, I think. The rare human rather than a machine provding coffee didn’t really understand how English folk might like their coffee as well as some other people in Corsica. Impersonal as it may be, a machine would probably have been better for us. No restaurant, but the one just a few minutes walk up the road is very good. First of 5 Corsican hotels chosen by our holiday company with a lift, and entrances at ground and road level (different by 3 floors). If you can get a parking spot on the road, that avoids a fairly tight lower car park with a tree as an extra challenge."

"Faded glory hotel in the heart of a characterful, happening, town. Family run, welcoming and exceptional service. A good breakfast included in the rate. Can be a little noisy in the evenings, although not disruptive, but that is the price for being at the centre of a lively place."

"Nos han asesorado amigos que ya habían estado en este establecimiento durante sus vacaciones en Corsica, y qué pequeño paraíso! La piscina es sublime, les chambres rénovées avec beaucoup de goût, un petit déjeuner épice et varié, nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et regrettons d'avoir pasé, l'établissement étant complet. L'accueil, les conseils et la gentillesse du personnel est un véritable plus! L'établissement est géré depuis cette année par Fiona et Anthony et leur projet relatif aux changements effectués et à venir est très prometteur ! Bref, nous vous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !!! ( enfin, ouvrir les tout de même, car l'endroit est sublime) Marine & Jean"

"El hotel dispone de un buen desayuno y un desayuno (excelente) y una comida en el restaurante adyacente en las dos noches. El hotel no es un hotel único, es algo que no me gusta personalmente."

"The hotel is very well located 10 minutes walk from the Corté Centre. The swimming pool is very well clean, heated at ideal temperature. The number of transat' is largely enough with sunshine. The breakfast is good, no more, compared to other establishments and at the same price. You will not find eggs, or lambs, etc. We have not found broad grills. The room we took was clean with a bathroom. Standard shower, without door or cordon. The view was very beautiful. The negative point I would notice is the lack of smile (except for one person, the black hair girl)."
