Valoraciones de Ramada by Wyndham Coquitlam

Mal comunicado, necesitas coche sí o sí. El Wi-Fi es pésimo, y como la habitación está en la esquina, ni siquiera la tarjeta SIM funciona bien; la señal es tan mala que se desconecta constantemente.

Visité el hotel por un viaje de negocios. La ubicación era excelente, pero las instalaciones estaban anticuadas y en mal estado. La recepcionista fue poco amable. Pedí una toalla, pero me dijeron que no tenían suficientes y me dieron una toalla de piscina. No usé el restaurante, así que no puedo opinar al respecto. El recepcionista fue muy amable.

No recomiendo este lugar a menos que vayas a estar fuera la mayor parte del día y solo quieras dormir. Las habitaciones son baratas, pero no vale la pena. Había un olor extraño en la habitación donde me alojé. Me dejé engañar por las fotos; es un hotel muy antiguo, regentado por un propietario independiente bajo licencia de Ramada. Ojalá lo hubiera sabido antes de reservar.

El hotel está en mal estado y tiene malas instalaciones.

This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪 I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet…. I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊 Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻 I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉 #RamadabyWyndhamCoquitlam #Coquitlam #Vancouver2024

Not easy to access if not driving and new 20 mins walk from Skytrain station

I am 73 years old and I was with my daughter. I have travelled all over the world the only thing that came close to the filth and rats was Italy in the middle of a garbage strike. As we left the city they locked the gates because there was a cholera epidemic. I feel so traumatized by this I started getting chest pains and I fainted. I don't know if you check these properties as a 3rd party but you need to. This hotel needs to be condemned and burnt to the ground. List of things wrong. - $***.00 per night to stay in a hotel that would be closed even in a 3rd world country. - Staffed with foreigners who do not or pretend not to speak English. - room had black mold on the curtains, mold growing in the bathroom. - the restaurant have rats running by the door and are probably the chicken special - when I complained to the front desk (the ignorant women took her purse and left with a whole line of people waiting for service - the carpark had dozens if not hundreds of rats running around (1 ran across my foot). As you can tell I am extremely upset by this experience. After 2 nights my daughter and I left. I want my money returned ASAP. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, the Health Department, the City of Coquitlam and the Provincial Government also I will contact GLOBAL NEWS CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. Note I have pictures to back these complaints up I can not rate it between 1 and 5 as I have never stayed in such a disgusting place, I would rate it at Minus 100 (not fit for humans (only rats).... For the price, it is very sufficient. Many aspects of the room felt outdated, but it was all fully functional and clean with no problems. Personally I prefer it this way since you get the savings and the function which is what really matter. Staff were all nice and I loved that I could check in at 2AM with staff available to assist me.
