The front desk was very nice and willing to help. Room was too small.

For this hotel you ONLY pay for the location. Cause the rest is not worth the money we even ordered the bigger and more executive room and it was still bad. Everything is very old, even the shower is so weak as if you’re showering in some dessert with barely water. The rooms also smell very funghi and old. Just a bad hotel in general it should be way cheaper.

SIMPLY PERFECT A perfect place to live and where to stay. Standing ovation for the service: all the Staff is great. Large spaces where to stay; a restaurant inside and strategic location to visit the city. Dogs allowed!!

Perfect hotel for our few days in Copenhagen for the Christmas market and shopping. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay at the Phoenix again if we return!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, close to city centre.

I was not told there was a breakfast charge until after 5 days at checkout. Hefty charge! In Scandinavia I have always had free breakfast at hotels. There was no room number control at the breakfast so it seemed everybody was being treated equally and that there was no record keeping of who was breakfasting. At checkout I was told I should have checked when I reserved as some reservations do not include free breakfast. Maybe my own fault but hotel could have been clearer. Also clear that they had no idea if I had had breakfasts since they asked at checkout and I responded honestly….and received a large additional charge as a result.

A lovely hotel with a great location. The reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 is that internet connectivity was on again off again.

Really great location in the heart of Copenhagen. High class, a sort of "vintage" feeling with all those antique oilpaintings in golden frames. Elegant rooms and really good service from the staff. Breakfast is superb!
