La habitación era grande. Tenía una buena vista al lago. La única queja con la habitación no era mini frigorífico, pero nos preparamos para eso con un pequeño refrigerador. El ****** era muy fumador incluso la sección no fumadora. No hay valientes para manejar el equipaje cuando se nos ha verificado que era un problema. A la hora de la recepción, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Mt. Pocono in April, 2023 for three (3) nights. I was there on business. Our family stays almost exclusively in the Choice Hotels brand for both personal and business trips and have seen many highs and lows with the brand throughout our travels. The Comfort Inn in Mt. Pocono is a comfortable, clean property. My room was a king suite and appeared to “formerly” be a hot tub suite, however, there is a sign in the room which indicated that the hot tub is no longer functional (which was fine with me because I did not book a hot tub suite anyways). The room was average, but clean. All lights worked, the refrigerator, microwave, and television all worked without issue. The internet connected with no issues, and I used it extensively to complete a few business-related tasks. In the bathroom, the toilet was fine but the shower needed some routine maintenance. The shower head desperately needs replaced; however hot water was not an issue. The “transition” flooring piece between the bathroom flooring and the main room carpet was missing and therefore, there were a few visible caulking “blobs” visible where the “transition” piece should be installed. I utilized the exercise room which was fine. The equipment is basic but is in working condition. The exercise room had a television. I did not use the pool, but it did appear a bit cloudy and the hot tub, as others have mentioned, is not functional. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast seating area was very nice, clean, and updated. Breakfast included an assortment of hot and cold foods. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The business center did not have a functioning printer, but they did offer the document I needed printed to be emailed to them and they could print it for me. I am sure they do not get many requests for use of their business center, but it was nice they could accommodate me. I would stay here again. It’s not a Hilton… doesn’t claim to be, but for the area and the price, you can have a nice, relaxing stay in a clean room with a good breakfast. Yes, there are updates that can (and should) be done to the rooms. As others have noted, one of the stairwells does smell of smoke but the other stairwell at the other end of the hotel is fine. The smoke in the one stairwell is due to employees smoking outside and propping the door open. I imagine by the smell, this happens routinely. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay when you are in the Mt. Pocono area. Again, understand what you are getting (and not getting) and do not have unreasonable or unrealistic expectations for the property. They certainly can (and should) keep updating and improving the guest experience. However, I enjoyed my stay, slept well, had a great breakfast each day, enjoyed the exercise room, and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. For the area, the price was fair. I would encourage this Comfort Inn to keep improving the rooms as

Mi compañero y yo decidimos pasar la noche en un motel en lugar de conducir a casa en la oscuridad. Reservé fácilmente la habitación en mi teléfono. La ubicación del hotel era fácil de encontrar y la mujer de la recepción fue extremadamente agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien arreglada. Probamos la televisión y no funcionó, así que llamé al escritorio. Una persona de mantenimiento apareció rápidamente e intentó resolver el problema. La conexión wi-fi gratuita no fue un problema para acceder. El desayuno gratuito estaba en una zona de salón muy agradable y tenía suficientes elementos para satisfacer. Excelente café! Como fue una estadía rápida de una noche, no buscamos otras características como una piscina, pero este hotel ciertamente cumplió con su propósito. Lo único negativo que tengo es que el colchón era demasiado suave para mí, pero esa es mi preferencia personal. El precio y la ubicación hicieron de esta una muy buena opción para nosotros.

El hotel está muy bien situado, con habitaciones decentes y decoraciones frescas. No hay sorpresas aquí - en un sentido, si has visto a un Hampton, los has visto todos, aunque no es necesariamente una mala cosa. La habitación era muy sucia a la llegada, con el pelo dejado en los tapices y algunas rayos marrones molestos en el baño. Por cualquier razón, el aire acondicionado explotó increíblemente aire húmedo y húmedo en la habitación, y incluso después de desactivar la unidad, mi novia se dejó con la piel y la irritación por días más tarde. Un par de empleados se encontró en un juego de gritos de expletad, ya que el desayuno se cerró un día, lo que no es una buena búsqueda de una propiedad que apunta a las familias. Recientemente tuve la boda de mi hijo cerca y elegí este hotel como nuestro hotel principal para los invitados de nuestra boda. ¡Estaba muy satisfecho con eso! Teníamos alrededor de 20 habitaciones de todo tipo, desde discapacitados hasta suites, habitaciones regulares king y dobles. Fue genial trabajar con Nick Pangano y Ashley Wurst. Ashley se aseguró de que tuviéramos suficientes habitaciones de cierto tipo para todas las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes. Nick hizo un trabajo fantástico al llevar a nuestros huéspedes a las habitaciones para el registro temprano donde fuera necesario y para configurar el bloque de la habitación. La propiedad era un Fairfield Inn bastante nuevo y bien mantenido (sí, todos son iguales, pero son los detalles los que marcan la diferencia). Tenía una hermosa hoguera y mesas en el patio trasero, lo cual fue agradable para nuestro grupo al final de la noche. Como con todos los Fairfield Inns, el desayuno está incluido y este se mantuvo limpio y bien abastecido. El hotel está ubicado cerca de las carreteras principales y se puede ir caminando a varios restaurantes, tiendas y un bar local.
