El servicio fue bueno. Tuve problemas al registrarme con las tarjetas de crédito y el personal fue servicial. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. El único problema era que el teléfono estaba roto y no se callaba... así que lo desconecté y avisé a la recepción. La salida también fue simple y el servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto fue útil. La recogida es en el área de transporte de la Terminal 2 y llevas al equipo allí. Si tiene un vuelo muy temprano, el servicio de transporte puede ser una opción dudosa. También comí en el restaurante que estaba delicioso y el servicio era bueno.

El hotel cuenta con unas habitaciones limpias y de gran tamaño, con un termóstato y una cocina (siempre más) buffet de desayuno. El hotel dispone de una piscina y un restaurante, el transbordador del aeropuerto es conveniente y ofrece un buen acceso al tren de línea azul CTA. Una buena opción si desea o necesita permanecer cerca del aeropuerto y preferir las comodidades de en la habitación microondas y refrigerador, así como el espacio extra (2 suites de habitaciones).

I needed to stay somewhere overnight near Midway and this hotel fit the requirements. There is free 24 hour Midway airport shuttle service which is what I needed as I had an early flight out. The front desk clerk was very patient and hospitable and knew how to set expectations, which was fantastic for me after 10 hours on a plane, and getting into Midway very late at night. The night shuttle driver was also quite nice. I had a hard time understanding him, partially because he was using a face mask and partially because I was tired and sleep deprived and have bad hearing. I had a great night's sleep. I didn't stay long enough to figure out what, if any, they had for breakfast. I did use the free internet while I was here. There were only a few odd things. 1. When I walked into the room, it had an odd smell. I believe it came from the slightly moist carpet. In about 5 minutes, my nose got used to it and I didn't notice the smell the rest of my stay. 2. The desk had no electrical outlets on it. There was one electrical outlet on the wall (thankfully I had brought my own power *****) near the desk. On the desk was something that looked like outlets of some type, however I did not recognize what it could be used for. That meant that all my electronics were plugged into the 4 outlets, 2 on each of the bedside lamps, plus the power *****. 3. There was a microwave, however, no refrigerator. I didn't need one so it wasn't an issue. There was space in the area of the microwave where one would have the refrigerator. 4. The water for my shower at 3:45 am, never got truly hot. It was warm and probably adequate for babies and the elderly. However it was not hot enough for a sleep deprived individual who likes hot showers. On the other hand, it was warm enough for my shower. I just couldn't warm up, during the shower. 5. The area by the bathroom sink was quite small. It wasn't a real issue since I could place my things on the table in front of the microwave, which was just behind me as I was facing the sink. 6. I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the room. The air conditioner was blowing cool air. As long as I was covered at night, I was okay. However, I wanted the room to be warmer, and the lack of a hot shower, made the room even colder to me. Would I stay here again? Probably only as a 1 night stay. I've stayed at other Fairfield Inns that were in much better condition. However, the front desk clerk and the availability of the 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport, makes it highly likely that I'll stay here again for a 1 night stay. This was a last minute booking so I paid a lot for this one night stay. They got me.

En este hotel hemos llegado debido a la proximidad al aeropuerto de Midway. En efecto, está muy cerca, y los autobuses regulares de transbordador le llevarán a Midway y desde, donde puedes encontrar un metro en cualquier lugar. Está en un campus de hotel con 10 otros. En el barrio, a pie, hay varios restaurantes de muchos tipos. Puedes conseguir un autobús de la ciudad a muchas tiendas, incluyendo un centro comercial. El desayuno es limitado, pero siempre fresco, y tuvo opciones calientes y frías. La única cuestión real es que la habitación nunca se limpió en 3 días. Nosotros pedimos cada día, nadie vino. Me pregunté a un guardián de casa, quien me dijo que no se les permitía ir a habitaciones que no estaban en su lista. La gente puso el maletín en el salón que no se recogió durante dos días. Alex en el escritorio delantero fue útil, y informativo. El gimnasio era limpio y tenía máquinas que quería usar.

Very nice hotel; no free breakfast, unfortunately; near a couple restaurants and gas station, bus shuttle was on time (but register at the front desk; you need to ask for toiletries, but they don’t offer slippers or free water in the rooms. Very clean and very friendly receptionists.

Agosto 2022. Tenemos una habitación privada. Un agradable lugar para permanecer. Sentía muy seguro con entrada de tarjetas clave requerida en varios puntos. La zona de cocina era limpia y útil. La habitación privada tenía una buena vista del corazón de Chicago y nos sentíamos seguras. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero a veces se desconectó de la habitación. No la zona más agradable alrededor del albergue, no se iría después de la caída de la noche como jóvenes viajeros femeninos, pero recogeré que es lo mismo en todo Chicago. Un buen precio lo hizo valer. Pero han permanecido en otros albergues más amables y más agradables HI.

We stayed for three nights in a King Studio room. It's a luxurious hotel with some standout features, particularly the comfortable beds and great views. While there were a few design quirks, they didn't detract too much from our overall experience. This hotel is an excellent choice for those wanting a high-end experience in a prime Chicago location, especially for longer stays where you can take advantage of the in-room amenities. What we liked best: + Prime location on Mag Mile near Starbucks Roastery and Trader Joe's + Stunning city views (our window looked out on Michigan Avenue) + Comfortable bed and pillows + Electronic blackout shades + Excellent water pressure and hot shower + Tall ceilings, spacious feel + Good bellhop service and helpful front desk staff What we liked least: - Confusing light switch panel (difficult to use in the dark) - Poor outlet design (can't plug in two devices due to odd shape) - Missed turndown service due to confusing room status light - Long waits for the elevator Note, this hotel's lobby is on the 20th floor, and the rooms are on lower floors. It took a little getting used to - we went UP for breakfast and then DOWN to our room. But the lobby and lounge were beautiful, and had marvelous views of the city.

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel viejo es un poco viejo, no hay mucho servicio, al momento de hacer el check in esperé mucho tiempo, porque un mesero atendió el teléfono por 20 minutos, que parecía ser una llamada de consulta. Otro bien.

La habitación era limpia y actualizada y tenía una gran televisión de pantalla que era grande mientras estaba en el lugar de relajación era tranquila y tranquila que recomendaría esta ubicación a otros.
