"Muy decepcionado con este hotel. La página web del hotel indica que hay una piscina separada para adultos y otra para niños. En realidad, el hotel está lleno de familias con niños y no cumple las normas de la piscina. No pudimos relajarnos ni disfrutar de la piscina de adultos porque estaba abarrotada de niños jugando con pelotas y saltando al agua, salpicando a todos, y el hotel no hizo nada para restablecer el orden. El hotel no tiene supervisión ni guardias de seguridad para hacer cumplir las normas, a pesar de que su página web indica claramente que hay una piscina separada para adultos y otra para niños. Fue una pesadilla para mi esposa y para mí, ya que elegimos este hotel precisamente porque anunciaba una piscina para adultos y esperábamos un lugar tranquilo. No recomiendo este hotel a parejas ni a personas solas. Es un hotel diseñado exclusivamente para familias, y el hotel hace todo lo posible para que se sientan cómodas, ignorando por completo a las parejas y sin hacer cumplir las normas. El desayuno es variado. El bufé de la cena es muy limitado; no lo recomiendo. El menú a la carta es decente, pero caro para el coste de la vida en Rumanía, y la calidad de la comida es mala. Estábamos justo enfrente del mar y no pudimos conseguir pescado fresco; todo estaba congelado; una pena. Las habitaciones renovadas son adecuadas. El spa está bien, pero tiene un coste adicional; el aparcamiento es gratuito. La limpieza de la habitación necesita mejorar; encontramos un insecto en una almohada. Puedes esperar hasta 10 minutos para coger el ascensor porque solo hay uno. Puedes encontrar opciones mucho mejores y más económicas en Mamaia."

"OK, But nothing spectacular Decent size room, tv is OK Breakfast had fruit, but average. Elevator is very small. The area close to the hotel is a bit in ruins. The beach is close but it sucks after the 2021 extension. There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. 2-3 minute walk."

"Loved the room and amenities - all very new and clean. Room quite large with comfy beds. Location is convenient, with easy access to the Old Town and shops. The onsite restaurant - Sofra - has fantastic food. The only negative is the substandard hospitality of the staff, but this seems to be consistent throughtout the places and venues we visited in Romania."

"The hotel's location is about a 20-minute bus ride from the station, and just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop! The staff are also very friendly! I was shown to a room with a balcony, and although it's a non-smoking hotel, it was nice for a smoker like me! The view of the sea and the quiet environment were great! And breakfast was OK ✌ However, as a Japanese person, I'm generally used to clean, safe, and quiet rooms in Japanese hotels... but in European countries, the soundproofing in the rooms is weak, and last night I could hear everything a couple was doing – the passionate kissing, the creaking of the bed, everything! I had to wear earplugs for an hour (lol). Couples and those traveling with children should be careful! Have a great trip ✌ by"

"The hotel room was fabulous! Had a nice warm bath to relax and the ceiling and chandelier were amazing with great ambience. There is a corner store nearby to grab drinks and it’s a 1 km walk to Modern Anchor Beach (20-minute walk). There’s also a French Taco restaurant down the street. I enjoyed my stay greatly!"

"Very clean lobby freshly refurbished, Chesterfield sofas in the lobby and nice reception, location is literally by sea, breakfast was continental with buffet type that covered most of needs (meat/veg/cereals/pastry) served in the ballroom that they have for weddings and other big parties (might be noisy when wedding are booked, i don't know, we were lucky no wedding was on during our stay, would have likes some music playing), also drinks: teas, juices and coffees available served until 10 o'clock in the morning or 11, room 226 was basic, comfy hard mattress, AC, wardrobe, TV and mini fridge (don't forget to plug it in) bathroom looked a little outdated, we had a problem with the drainage sink that was fixed on the same day, water from bath tub didn't drain properly making it stay stale and it look a little weird also the bathroom door had visible flooding marks on it signalling the problem is constantly affecting it and the hotel is aware of the situation, hot water was provided 24h, also there was smell of moisture in the room because of it after going out fir a few hours, the hotel was advertised as 4 stars when booked, but on the front it said 3 stars (which i think 3 stars services is the real situation of the hotel), parking was available at the front of the hotel which is not free you have to pay for it, but the reception lady told us they have some free parking spaces at the rear of the hotel through some metal doors that are manually operated, paint buckets were left unattended at the rear of the hotel in the parking lot, clearly the hotel had suffered some recent renovations, paint was still wet and peeled off the metal stairs when warm weather, the access to the parking spaces is quite rudimentary (looks unattended), staff was polite and answered greetings, the cleaning was being done every day, check-in/check-out was ok, been asked for documents for all the guests. Bare in mind walking to the sea can be quite long due to the long extension of the sandbanks, if you're going to the sea you have to pay for sunbeds we paid 30 lei for 1 sunbed in June or you can use the free spaces that are for the towels, the seaside offers a bar section with toilets and music."

Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. Great location, close to the huge beach, but also close to the main attractions and city center. Just two things are not fantastic: quite noisy and without dedicated parking places."

I have stayed at many hotels in Mamaia but this one is outstanding. -The location of the hotel is right next to the pedestrian area, with many terraces and close to a beach where you get a discount on sunbeds. -The room is spacious enough and very clean, equipped with everything you need - TV, AC, balcony, quality bed, immaculate carpet, armchairs, bathrobe, slippers, good Wifi, terrace. -The parking is constantly monitored by hotel staff. The car is safe. -The hotel staff is extremely nice, helpful, and polite. Cleaning is done daily (real cleaning). -The breakfast is very good (the coffee is extremely good). -For a 4-star hotel, the price was fair. -When we checked out, we were asked how we felt. In conclusion, this hotel is an example of what we call 'the hospitality industry' in our country."
