The lift definitely needs an upgrade. Cleanliness needs a little improvement, Location is perfect!

Room was big and spacious. The pool is also a standard one. But the good thing was there is paid and free-parking option available. Just directly outside the hotel u can park ur car for free just that it is not shaded

It was beautiful staying here We loved the spa and the place was closed to everything we needed and will book again in the future🙃 thank you for having us.

Good location for zoo and city. Walking distance to nearby Hotel. Buffet breakfast is unremarkable. Room cleaning has plenty of of room for improvement. Bed not made welll and table and windows not. Leaned for a while, but to come back to find the rubbish bag left inside the open case of my partner wasn’t nice. 😳😳

Did not provide a working television. Staff were suspicious, aggressive door slammers and tried to enter my room without permission. Claimed ****** for denying unwanted entry.

Such a convenient location! Room is spacious and was able to fit a rollaway bed to accommodate the 3rd pax.

Very beautiful hotel. From the window I could see swan river. I really enjoyed the spa bath in the room. The pool was also very nice. I met staff name Sawan who was super helpful and friendly.

it was a good hotel, good spot and the spa was amazing!! only thing was there was someone else’s hair on the bathroom wall i was very grossed out by it .. 🤮

Stayed in two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounds were lovely

Value for money and the size, location is no issue with car but hotel room is very dated and kitchen amenities are falling apart.

Lovely location, great for 3 ways in the spa

My only issue was, I ordered a room with twin beds. But got one bed and had to sleep in the same bed as my son kicking me all night 🙄! And Fridge was extremely small, smaller than a bar fridge.Everything else was amazing. Room service was value for money and tasty. Room was clean. Location great for what we needed

Fantastic service, we went for our daughter’s wedding and they went the extra mile to ensure all went well for us. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Perth.

The room & hotel itself were nice and comfortable, however there was no sound proofing at all in the room. I could hear the adjacent rooms (TV, sneezes, coughing, children screaming etc.) as well as people in the hallway the entire evening and morning. It ruined what would have been a great stay!
