The weather and drive was terrible, but the staff were kind and thoughtful. My brand new car battery died in the valet parking lot, making my morning extremely challenging. The hotel is unique and the room was very nice. I wish I could have dined in the hotel, but it did not have a restaurant. The desk staff made a recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was decorated with OSU colors and items related to the university. It was cool. The bathroom was updated and on point. The only issue we had with our room was the main area lighting. The room was fairly dark due to no overhead lighting. It was still a very nice room and the hotel has a great location, you’re right in the middle of all of the action.

My daughter and I stayed at the Graduate Columbus, and could not be happier or more impressed. The Staff from the moment we arrived was incredible from the Valet and the greeting from the Front Desk check inn. The decor is wonderful and the comfort of the bed and pillows make for a great night of sleep.
Also, the location is perfect for any and everybody’s needs from Sports, foodie person, and boutiques of all kinds.
We will be coming back for a visit, more eating and hockey here we come.

Love the walk-ability to so many restaurants & bars and shops along Short North High St. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The halls, elevators, and room were very clean. We will be back!

The valet and desk staff were so friendly and always greeted us promptly every time we walked through the door. The hotel is very cool and clean but the staff makes the experience!
