Terrible stat experience, the aircon is super dirty and bad smell coming out and so on , it seem they never care about the cleanliness of hotel , very not recommended to stay even is cheaper not worth it .

I don’t know too much about this place good deals but the workers don’t help with your problems seem to not know what they are talking about

Huele horrible, no lo recomiendo, cobijas sucias, baño sucio, mucho ruido, no es apto para niños y familias, las almohadas son incómodas, el colchón tiene demasiados huecos y es incómodo, las toallas no provoca estar allí realmente

The hotel is not open for business any longer, they were warned to stop allowing drug dealers and *********** to book their rooms as it compromised the safety of the area for the surrounding homes but they continued to do so and the city stepped in to shut them down. We showed up with 0 communication, expecting to check in and instead we saw an empty parking lot and a boarded up front office, rooms were all spray painted with X's on the doors.

Absolutely terrible, they did renovations in all the rooms around our room. Super loud from 10 am-5 pm 5 days in a row. It was LOUD. The only thing they offered was to move us to a different room? But they were doing reservations in all the rooms mostly so it wouldn’t have mattered. Plus we were there for a music festival for 6 days and I brought a lot of stuff, took me 3 hours to set up. Didn’t want to move everything again. Also the carpet was nasty, shower nasty, I wouldn’t sit on the chair without a blanket because it was disgusting. The room was just gross. Also when we were checking in there was NO warning about the reservations. I would have stayed somewhere else. A hotel is for sleep and relaxation. We couldn’t sleep because we didn’t go to bed until 4 am each night. Which should matter, a hotel is for sleeping and that was the 1 thing we couldn’t do. Wish I could provide a video. We could literally feel the hammering through our bed. I wore earplugs but that didn’t even help. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Never been so mad at an establishment.

Horrible and disgusting. Room was filthy, smelled like cigarettes and mold. Cleaning was not a strong suit in this place because it was GROSS. Build up dirt and mold in pictures I will provide. Stains on bedding, cigarette burns and hair on and under the bedding. Moldy shower curtain, hair , mold and dirt on floors and shower, walls, etc. We forfeited our payment with hopes of a refund after being there 20 mins but they refused to return it. The health dept needs to take a serious look at this place.

Bedbugs in room 202 went to front desk for ask for a refund they only tried to give me back $20.00 and they only had 1 wash rag and no ice bucket

The hotel does not have a breakfast. The room did not have a personal coffee maker or hair dryer. the room was also very humid for some reason. The pool was not open and the lights outside were very bright. The lights outside are a double edged sword. I'm glad the parking lot was well lit, as a female traveling solo, it's nice to be able to see in a parking lot late at night. However, when I'm in bed, trying to sleep and the shade doesn't quite cover the window they are bothersome. The staff I interacted with seemed nice enough, so I can't complain about them at all. The bed was okay, though it made a creaking sound every time I climbed in and when I situated myself in the middle of the bed. I brought my own pillow, so I cannot comment on the plushness of those provided. The fridge worked well enough, though I wouldn't trust the freezer with a microwave dinner. The location was good for my needs and it was easy to access. The neighborhood it's located in didn't seem too bad either.

This place is terrible. Their pictures on their website are false advertisement. This place is disgusting. Our room was dirty , not cleaned. Food crumbs and debri on the floor and in the bed frame. Blood stains on the mattress and holes. The sheets had cigarette burns and holes. There was hair all in the bed sheets. Mold in the refrigerator as well as it being dirty and also the microwave was disgusting and not cleaned. Mold in the bathroom sink . The shower did not work. The door see through hole had something stuck inside to where you could not see out of it. One of the hinges on the door was hanging off. There was no trash can in the room. We paid ahead of time for 2 nights in the which we were charged over 400 dollars due to most hotels being sold out because of a concert going on. Staff was banging on the door the next morning at 830 am telling us that we had to leave ( we paid for 2 nights and this was only our first night. We have been battling all day trying to get a refund and staff and management has been so rude. Please save money and do not stay here. Also we came in after going out on the town at around 2 am and a staff member was sleeping on a couch in the lobby .
