The property was nice, my room was not properly cleaned, house keeping really dropped the ball with my stay, the room was updated but not cleaned after reading all reviews before choosing this hotel I expected a room that would be cleaned professionally , the room had a sitting stool in living room area that had bodily fluid stains on it the couch had stains on it, i expected to only see something like that at a motel not at a hotel like this, the shower had hair all on shower walls, the hotel itself was beautiful but whoever cleaned that room has not been train professionally, I took pictures and showed to front desk they said house keeping was not available at night but when we returned from dinner the sitting stool was removed and replaced and couch was clean, but at that point we felt we was in a half clean room and was uncomfortable being in that room!! The hotel does have a standard but clearly house keeping dropped the ball on this!

Parking is $19.00 a day per vehicle for self park. Crazy sense parking lot is so small. Room is nice but you need to be careful showering, water temperature goes from hot to cold very quickly in room 208. Almost scalded several times as it seems they need to fix this issue. Lobby and bar area very warm and uncomfortable.

From the most friendly, helpful check in, to the clealiness of the room, to the top notch drinks by the bartender... we were very pleased with our stay here. Very centrally located. We'll be back!

The decor was beautiful and modern. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

Pros:
Recent renovations are beautiful. Everything is clean and new. Bartender was very friendly. Safety is a priority.
Cons:
There was a false fire alarm, and they did not let us know when we could go back in. The flashing light in our room took over an hour to stop. The restaurant does not have much variety, and their computer system caused an error with my order. Beds are a little saggy.

Overall a nice hotel and wonderful staff. They advertise free parking, but only have enough room for about 20 or so cars before switching to valet parking only for $18/day. This is basically parking for $18/day unless you get lucky. Because of this misinformation, I gave a slightly lower score.
