El servicio maravilloso. Pensaba dejar la maleta , porque era muy pronto para hacer el checking , y al final me dieron la habitación.,super temprano . Todo muy limpio y la habitación amplia y acogedora . .y toda la gente muy servicial y amable .volveré sin duda .

La actitud del servicio es muy buena, pero el desayuno es mediocre, la habitación no está bien insonorizada y la piscina de la azotea es demasiado pequeña. Me quité una prenda y llamé a la recepción al día siguiente. Respondieron en breve y dijeron. Lo encontraron. El servicio fue muy atento.

Well-planned hotel rooms. Good Wifi, though it was cut off at 8 am on the checkout day. Quick check-in. Even well before time. Efficient reception staff and Courtesies . Helpful door staff.

Disappointed on how the staff has not being so responsible. Didnt give me the room that was stated or that I booked. Required assistance in the room and they only showed up after 3 calls and post minutes.

It was the first time I stay in this hotel. It is located near the seaside when you can find a beautiful scene for sunset. Very convenient and easy to access to shops/restaurants nearby. It is not far to the city centre when I had spent my good weekend. The breakfast had a lot of choices and they were tasty. The staffs in the restaurant/receiption were nice and helpful. I will stay in this hotel when I return to Colombo again.

The hotel offers a fantastic experience with its friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The highlight of the stay was the superb room view—facing the sea with the added charm of watching the train pass by. A truly enjoyable stay!

Had a great stay at Radisson Hotel Colombo. The overall experience was excellent – everything was well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was especially good with a nice variety. Would definitely recommend!

Best view and Good amenities. Perfect location. The view from the room is to die for. Breakfast is lavish with Indian, Sri Lankan and English breakfast spread. The reception was good with a welcome drink and a good reception desk...informative staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, or special requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, including local dishes and international favorites. The hotel also has great facilities, including a well-maintained pool, fitness center, and a cozy lounge area. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

All good except the attitude of service staff and way of servicing guest. Specially in F&B. There is no recognition of VIP member at the time of check in.
