Hoteles cerca del Allee der Jahresbäume, Colonia

Wir mussten leider einen very late check in machen (ca. 02:30), was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten über Booking.com ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, das vor Ort leider nicht mehr verfügbar war. Wir wurden ganz unproblematisch und ohne Mehrkosten auf zwei Comfort-Doppelzimmer „verteilt“ und bekamen noch ein Getränk aus der Hausbar for free als Entschuldigung dazu. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war der „Hammer“ und sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Von uns absolut zu empfehlen. Ein Parkhaus gibt es gleich nebenan und hat uns nichts gekostet.

Arrived tired and hungry after travelling and working non-stop since the day before. Reception was efficient and friendly and the room great! Clean, spacious and comfortable with ample tea and coffee on offer. I went down to the restaurant. The staff are GREAT. However, although I am on a work trip - I could not bring myself to order as I felt awkward ordering such a pricey meal, so I went for the pizza at 12€ This pizza filled the hole in my stomach, but as a routine supermarket pizza buyer (usually on offer at around 3€), I immediately recognised the pizza that arrived. It was dry and lacked taste and left me feeling slightly resentful - but I ate it and washed it down with a red wine, as I was too hungry and tired to complain and wait for something else. A really good place to stay: convenient, good location and transport links... but maybe fill up before you arrive. Or maybe order from one of the cheaper tastier delivery options. In the morning, I had to be at work for 07h00. Because I arrived exhausted, I mis heard the receptionist say that breakfast was at 06h30. All I heard was 06h00. I needed to catch a taxi at 06h30, so I went down to breakfast at 06h10. I had booked b&b rates, so breakfast was included. Everything was set up but the lights were dimmed, so I helped myself to some fruit and a coffee (all I really need for breakfast). At 06h15, man in charge of breakfast came and moaned at me. He was really grumpy and unkind. He told me I was too early and that I should go and sit in the bar area so no one would see me (er, there was no one else there!). He was totally inflexible and rude. I explained my mistake to the receptionist and said I needed to cancel my breakfast booking as I would not be allowed to eat it the following morning (as I had to be at work by 07h00 again). The receptionist kindly packaged me up some more fruit, water, yoghurt and a small mars bar to take with me. After spending 07h00 - 17h00 at work, 99% of the time on my feet, I arrived back to find my room unserviced. Clearly the hotel has its rules and sticks to the rules that are convenient (like breakfast time), but is happy to break the rules like servicing a room. I did not actually care that the room was unserviced, it makes little difference to me - but on principle, after being made to SO unwelcome at breakfast, I thought it ironic that the hotel didn't actually fulfil their side of the contract. The reception staff are great, and when I mentioned it to them, said that if I need anything, I must just let them know.

Este hotel es perfecto si lo que buscas es una estancia que te permita combinar mejor tu vuelo.. Está ubicado justo enfrente de la terminal.. apenas 2’ andando.. Precio algo elevado, pero es una excelente opción si tienes un vuelo muy temprano o llegas tarde a la ciudad. En nuestro caso, el vuelo salía a las 06.30h de la mañana, y fue ideal pasar allí la noche para descansar algo más, y simplemente cruzar para estar en la terminal.. Además, el concepto del hotel es distinto, pero muy funcional.. dado que el fin es complementar tu vuelo y al mismo tiempo está bien comunicado por transporte con KÖLN y BONN, ciudades muy cercanas La recepción está en la quinta planta, mismo lugar donde está la cafetería, y ambas están abiertas las 24h, con fast Check out (dejas la tarjeta en una urna y te puedes ir) Habitación austera, pero de buen tamaño, y algunas cosas modernistas..

Nosotros (madre con 2 hijos) hemos alojado aquí 1 noche entre visitar el parque Phantasia y el día de Colonia. Precio excelente, habitación (pequeña) y desayuno por €10,50 pp. El desayuno era muy amplio, el espacio para desayuno muy desagradable pero muy bien. El personal era muy amable. No hay congestión de los aviones (lo que está cerca del aeropuerto) o cualquier otro tráfico debido a ventanas muy bien aisladas. El hotel está a 15 metros del centro de Colonia, pero a 10 metros de caminar también puede tomar el tren y dejar el coche gratis al hotel. Un consejero por una noche.

Super Lage direkt am Rhein. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen. Wesentlich entspannter als in Köln direkt und trotzdem idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Kölnreise. Am besten am Wochenende mit dem Zug nach Köln fahren. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Bett bequem. Schrank absolut mehr als ausreichend. Sauber war es bei uns auch. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.

El hotel está ubicado en la zona del aeropuerto. De hecho, está a solo 2 paradas de la sala de exposiciones y a 3 paradas de la estación principal de trenes. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, lo cual es diferente de los muchos aviones que despegan y aterrizan en el aeropuerto nacional. El ambiente del hotel es normal, me he alojado antes, así que esta vez no elegí el desayuno buffet, ¡hay muy pocas categorías! Hay KFC al lado del hotel y McDonald's frente a la estación de metro. La mayoría del personal de servicio tiene muy buena actitud. Desafortunadamente, cuando me registré, una recepcionista que parecía una pasante tomó mi bono y me pidió que pagara. Dije que el dinero había sido pagado. Ella dijo que no. Más tarde, después de que el personal de Ctrip llamó para comunicarse, le pidieron a otro empleado que verificara que el pago se hubiera realizado. Otra cosa es pedirme CITY TAX, mi Voucher dice claramente CITY TAX INCLUDE, y cuando vivo en otras ciudades de Alemania, solo necesito llenar un formulario que es porque el negocio viene a Alemania, y puedo eximir IMPUESTO MUNICIPAL. Wir besuchten zu viert das Geno Hotel zum angebotenen Sonntagsbrunch. Ich wollte dieses testen, weil ich für Ostern mit der Familie etwas suchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der voll besetzte große Raum hatte eher ”Kantinencharakter”. Dies ist nur meine Meinung. Das Vorspeisenbufett war relativ übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Leider gab es nur einen grünen Salat, dessen Blätter man wohl vergessen hat zu zerkleinern. Als Hauptspeise stand zur Verfügung: ein Fisch, und einmal Schweinegeschnetzteltes, als Beilage Reis und Nudeln. Sorry, dies reicht meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Brunchbufett. Ich habe schon etliche Brunchs zu mir genommen, aber dieser gehörte nicht zu den guten. Ich esse kein Fisch, daher fehlte jegliche Auswahl ausser Schweinegechnetzeltes. Meine Frau isst kein Schwein. Auch hier keine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ausser Fisch. Von der Qualität her; für denjenigen, der sich nur satt essen möchte, und nicht wählerisch ist, ist das Brunchbufett ok.

Los puntos positivos son la posición bastante central y la limpieza. Esperaba sinceramente algo más que las fotos de la reserva. Muebles viejos y ansiosos, cuchillos desconfortables en el norte, no laria condicionada, sino un ventilador viejo. Ruta muy ruidosa, siendo incluso en el 4 piso hay un continuo ruido día y noche, es realmente una ruta tranquila. Puntos positivos el matrazo muy cómodo,la limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno. Digamos que la relación calidad precio debía ser incluso más bajo que el pagado. No volvería.
