Rooms are good. Caretaker is there to prepare food. Location great. Parking is a problem, we were lucky enough to find a spot inside the garage

Budget friendly stay option near the town area. Well maintained rooms and washroom with A/C and hot water facility. Doesn't have food at all time option. Has a chef who can come in if informed prior as per requirement. Overall a good experience.

The hotel did not provide water for more than 1 hour. We urgently need a restroom. We called the incharge more than 3 times. They did not respond. After 1 hour he came and resolved the issue.

If you are looking to stay for a day, it’s fine. Rooms are looking average and bed cover and pillow case are the worst. They look like as if they’re taken from the trash

The place is not dusted. The sheets are stained. The room is small. Bathroom is also small. But hot water is available always. No restaurant. If you want food you have to go 1km to the town. Or inform for dinner by 5pm. Room is stuffy. The reception is actually in a 2 wheeler showroom. Part of the fun in a holiday comes from the comfort of the hotel. Don't expect it here. This hotel provides just a place to stay. Thats all. But you have a TV and free ŵifi. A real dampener on your holiday tour in Valparai.
