Booked Junior Suite 403 for Valentine's Day, directly from the property's website which guaranteed the best price. We received perfect telephone assistance immediately, proceeding with the quick booking and organizing an aperitif at the Hotel Sant'Orso, with live music and dinner at the Cave de Cogne. The welcome was warm and professional and made us feel at home straight away, in everything, including parking. Booked private SPA, which is complete, welcoming and clean. The experience at Sant'Orso with an informal and classy aperitif with live music from the group at The Lodge Bar created the perfect atmosphere for dinner at the Cave de Cogne, an excellent wine bar and tavern, as well as a cellar. The room is warm, welcoming, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, in addition to the classic 3 Star, rare price/quality ratio. Mr. Giovanni at the reception is a professional, helpful and friendly contact for every need, he assisted us from the first phone call. An experience to be relived and perfect in every respect, I recommend it for the friendliness, the smile of the staff and the harmony of the entire organization. Cogne is wonderful and worth repeating, both in winter and summer for all the possibilities it offers.

We spent 4 nights here for a 3 day skiing trip. It is the perfect traditional hotel. Really cute but not at all naff. The reception staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. They also rustled up a kettle for our room (which only had a coffee machine) which made me extremely happy. The bar and breakfast room are nice but it is the spa that is the real scene stealer. It's the perfect, relaxing and unique environment. That said the sauna was too hot on 3 of the days I tried it (and I like them hot!) and the steam room often too cold to stay in. But sitting in the jacuzzi was perfect. And just what you want after a day of skiing. They didn't quite understand what a vegan might like for breakfast. I do appreciate it's the mountains and veganism really isn't common here. They kindly kept bringing me gluten free crackers but the bread was absolutely fine for me. I bought my own diary free margarine and kept it in our mini bar fridge. We were upgraded to a suite which was really lovely and quirky. It was nicely decorated with a mix of high end modern fittings and traditional furniture. My only grumble was about the raindrop shower. They are no good if want to keep your hair dry!

Soggiornare in questo hotel è sempre una bellissima esperienza. La Direzione ed il personale sono accoglienti e attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti, coccolati dalla prima colazione alla cena al Ristorante Sant’Orso. Consigliatissimo.

Situato al centro del paese di Cogne, questo Hotel è davvero bello e accogliente. Ospitalità e cortesia del personale al “Top”. Camere ,caratteristiche del luogo, pulite e ordinate Centro Relax e benessere una vera chicca. Servizio parcheggio auto nelle vicinanze dell’Hotel ottimo, come pure servizio navette per eventuali spostamenti in zone limitrofe. Colazione a buffet eccellente . Consigliato !!++++++++

Hotel charmant, personnel aux petits soins et parlant français. Chambre magnifique en style montagnard. Joli petit spa Petit déjeuner excellent avec produis locaux et frais. Repas à l autre hôtel excellent. Service efficace. Tres Bon rapport qualité/prix

Het hotel is ideaal gelegen om op ontdekking te gaan in het Nationale Park Gran Paradiso. Verschillende wandelingen starten in de buurt en de omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Het hotel zelf is van alles voorzien, het ontbijt is goed, de kamer ruim en comfortabel. Er is geen restaurant aanwezig in het hotel, maar ze werken samen met twee restaurants op wandelafstand. Er zijn ook voldoende andere alternatieven in Cogne. Het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulzaam, zo vertrok ik zeer vroeg in de ochtend terug richting België, maar het personeel zorgde er dan wel voor dat er 's morgens een ontbijt op mij stond te wachten dat ik kon meenemen. Zeer positieve ervaring!

La struttura è ben curata con ampi riferimenti alla cultura ed alle tradizioni valdostane! La colazione è stata variegata ed abbondante con tanti prodotti tipici e la carineria del quotidiano fornito direttamente assieme a brioche e cappuccino! E poi la Jacuzzi all'ultimo piano è senz'altro una gran bella coccola che rende ancora piu' dolce la vacanza!

Struttura tenuta in maniera perfetta, camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, la zona benessere un vero gioiellino. Anche il giardino è tenuto in maniera maniacale. Per la mezza pensione poi, la cena è servita presso l'hotel S. Orso, menù molto vario e ottimo. Quindi, che dire... tutto perfetto. Da non sottovalutare la gentilezza del personale

Un hotel in cui il personale è molto molto cordiale e professionale. Ottimo il servizio di proporre la scelta di un quotidiano sul tavolo della colazione il giorno seguente. All arrivo ti vengono date moltissime informazioni e consigli su ciò che si può fare a Cogne. Hanno tante convenzioni con locali/ristoranti della zona, hanno una piccola zona relax all interno della struttura, per i più esigenti hanno una convenzione con un grosso hotel nella zona, quest ultima soluzione l ho testata ed è molto valida. Per quanto riguarda le stanze sono ordinate e pulite, solo il bagno è un po’ sacrificato, nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno di qualche notte.
