Hotel Cochemer Jung
"No hay aire acondicionado, no hay agua caliente"
Moselstern Hotel Brixiade &Triton
"We had a very good stay at this lovely hotel. Staff was very helpfull, parking easy for car, location of the hotel is super good. Can only recommend this place!"
Hotel Karl Noss
"It was a lovely stay. The staff were also very friendly; I would book here again :)"
Hotel Holl
"Hotels are expensive so the hotel is a good option on a budget (paid Euro 89 incl breakfast) Rooms are standard and the buffet breakfast basic but for the very central location and price was more than sufficient for a 1 night stay. No parking but there is a cheap public car park 5 minuztes walk from the hotel."
MoselAlpen - Schlafen & genießen
Burg-Hotel & Hostel Cochem
"I will not spend time on this. Simply avoid this. They need to go to school to operate a restaurant at a professional level. Asking high prices and giving back very poor food. I have a lot of experience in restaurants and this is one of the worst."
Hotel Traumblick
"My son and I stayed at Hotel Traumblick for 3 nights in April. We had a "classic Mosel view" room, which is the smallest size on the top floor with slanted ceiling. Although the room is small, every inch is well-utilized. Bathroom is compact but not unusual for European hotels. We had no issue with water pressure on the top floor. The room has a mini fridge and water kettle. We have a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs, which we enjoyed sitting out on. I definitely recommend paying extra for the Mosel view, and recommend the larger-sized room (comfortable room) if you want more space. Location-wise, the hotel is located on the quieter side of Cochem just across the bridge. Many hotels are on the busy side right on the main street, and I can imagine they get noisy. Hotel Traumblick is fairly quiet, but you can get to the heart of the town within a 5-min walk across the bridge. From the train station, it is a good 15-min walk, so maybe not the best choice for travelers with heavy luggage. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel but the bus (no.703) runs only 1x/hour. The plus side of being on the other side of the bridge is you get a great view of the town and the castle from the balcony! The staff is great and the breakfast is top-notched. Lots of choices and the breakfast room also looks out to the river. Breakfast starts at 8am however, so if you want an early start it might not work for you. Another huge plus is the hotel offering bikes & e-bikes rental! We haven't seen any bike rental places in the town itself so this is super convenient. They have different sizes of regular bikes along with helmets. If I have to quibble about Hotel Traumblick, I would say the bed sheets are a bit rough and towels a bit thin. But for a 3* hotel for such a good price, good location, and everything else, I can certainly overlook those."
Hotel Zehnthof
"Very friendly staff and super convenient location right by the river"

Hotel la Baia
Beim Weinbauer
"And as a vegetarian, it was a good food, and a good food! But a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food, and a good food"
Hotel Villa Tummelchen
"El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, es más difícil encontrarlo"
Moselromantik Hotel am Panoramabogen
Hotel Villa Vinum Cochem
"We cannot fault this beautiful hotel. First impression was being amazed by the stylish and chique layout and reception in an old but rennovated building. The squeekly floor boards gave it a lot of charm. All done in good taste. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast was great! There is however a ventilator, so no air co. They have a honesty bar with great wines. I highly recommend the white Jacoby! (From Moessel). There is parking for 5 euros per day. Room prices at the high end but it was very very much worth the experience! We wanted to extend the stay but they were fully booked. The host Sebastian very kindly recommended their sister hotel and went out of his way to help us with the booking which we really appreciated."
Boutique Hotel Lohspeicher 1839
"His hotel was very friendly and super helpful with any needs. We also ate at his restaurant in the evening and it was spectacular! Excellent food with excellent portion size for a very very affordable price and such high quality. Would definitely recommend anyone who visits Cochem or the surrounding area for Burg Eltz to stay there. Wonderful time!"
Moselromantik Hotel Kessler Meyer
"We where a party of 7 Bikers doing a tour of Germany, Firstly the hotel staff could not be more helpfull they where all very curtoius and polite, the food was second to none, As we where a party of 7 they gave us our own large table and private room in the resturant, that night we all agreed it was one of the best meals we have had, we are all well traveled and have dined in some of the world top place, but this evening meal was top class, we where all given a picnic bag to take with us when we left the following moring. All in all a briliant hotel."
Moselland Hotel im Enderttal Zum Onkel Willi
"Our hosts recommended this restaurant to us. It was close by, had a good rating, and the photos of the interiors looked charming. We couldn’t have foreseen the terrible service. Now that I think about it, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. We entered the restaurant, waited for a waiter to approach, and asked for a table for two. The polite and friendly waiter showed us to our table, handed us the menus, explained the special of the day, and then left so we could decide what to order. Soon, the lady we had seen at the reception came to ask what we’d like to drink. I asked if they had Glühwein. “We drink Glühwein in winter,” she replied disapprovingly. “Okay,” I said, and admitted that despite the large selection of wines on the menu, I wasn’t sure which one to choose, as I know very little about wine. Instead of asking what we planned to order and recommending something to go with it, she remained silent. “I guess we won’t drink, then,” I said, feeling quite awkward. “This is a restaurant. People come here to drink,” she replied - extremely sharply and rudely. I realize now that we should have simply gotten up and left, but at that moment we were so disconcerted and confused that I just ordered a hot chocolate - the first thing I remembered from the drinks menu. I asked whether it would be possible to have it after the meal, to which she again replied disapprovingly, “No, drinks before the meal,” and left. I was at a loss for words in response to such rudeness. Only one other table was occupied, and I kept wondering if they had heard how harshly this lady had spoken to us. It was humiliating. Soon, the waiter came to take our order - potato soup and goulash soup (these dishes had been praised in the reviews). The hot chocolate was fine, but I could barely taste it as my mood was completely ruined. All the good spirits we had entered the restaurant with evaporated, and the entire time we waited for our food, we felt the sting of what had happened. We’d entered with smiles, greeted everyone, and been perfectly polite - yet this lady treated us like a doormat simply because we didn’t want to drink. Now we had only one thing on our minds: to eat quickly, pay, and leave this place where we clearly weren’t welcome. The potato soup was a bit different from the ones I’d tried elsewhere in Germany - I didn’t taste much cream in it. It was still delicious, the spices were well-balanced, and I enjoyed it (as much as one can after such humiliation). The goulash soup was also a success, with generous pieces of meat; my father was pleased with his dish. We asked for the bill, paid, and left - never to return. I should emphasize that the waiter was absolutely professional; I even felt sorry about the small tip we left, but it was the only way to express our dissatisfaction with the lady taking the drink orders. I can confidently say that she was the rudest person my father and I met during our 17-day trip to Germany, and that people with "
