Terrible Experience – Dirty and Infested with Bed Bugs! I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was an absolute nightmare. The moment we stepped into our room, we were shocked by how dirty everything was. The floors were grimy, the bathroom had mold, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. The worst part was discovering bed bugs in our beds. It was horrifying to think that my kids were exposed to such unsanitary conditions. We immediately reported this to the management, but their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.

Love the hotel, and i really want to comeback to this hotel again. Its really nice

Poor breakfast. Room was noisy due to window unable to close completely

The services were excellent but the building and rooms are too old; have been long overdue for renovation

Lokasi strategis, kamar besar, namun sayang kurang perawatan, acnya bocor, tapi oke mantap murah meriah untuk tidur orang banyak
