"Information on 3 different websites shows that the front desk is staffed 24/7. It is not or at least it wasn't on May 9th. You cannot contact the property directly. OYO manages it so you have to call them and get that number. When you get the number to the property, no one answers. If you book from another service like ******* or orbitz, you can't get OYO to help. They tell you to call that service. Then you have to spend over an hour on the phone waiting for someone else to confirm that yes, they are supposed to be open and no, they are not in order to get relocated and refunded. All of this while waiting in a parking lot at midnight. If you want the hassle of getting the run around, not knowing if they'll be open when you show up, no way to contact anyone and being stuck without a room at night, book this hotel."

"Worse stay ever! There was a roach crawling on the wall and a hole in bathroom door.  Blood stains on the sheets (I prayed they were stains and not fresh; couldn't tell.)  The next morning, I found a dead roach between the sheets!  Stains on the carpet, stain on the shower curtain, and the shower curtain rod was broken. Stains and bits of debris in the stairwell; they must never vacuum.  There's a reason they have a sign at the front desk stating refunds will only be given within the first 45 minutes of your stay.  The management and staff should be fired or retrained in how to do their job.  OYO - on your own; that about sums it up. I would have left except I was with other family members in town for a funeral. Trip Advisor would be doing a service to their members by removing OYO Clute from their online hotel list."
