Hoteles cerca del Revive, Cluj-Napoca

This was our first visit to Cluj, and we had originally booked the Radisson Blu, but to my surprise when I was browsing Marriott Bonvoy’s app this hotel came up. Newly opened only a few months. This country are is simply the best I have stayed in. The Arrival We drove from Bucharest and we were messaging through the Marriott App for car parking guidance, to our shock on arrival the car had to go in a lift! Very clever use of space and the car park was super clean and very convenient. Price at €20.00 a day, looking in the surrounding area at the not so secure car parks there’s only a couple of euros difference and the hotel feels safer. Check in was smooth, team knowledgeable but the lobby just has a very modern, fresh feel. Bright and presents itself in a minimalist but luxurious form which is very surprising for the brands positioning, but so very welcome. The Room Technologically led, modern, very clean. One of the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve had a while, and they took note of my preferences which was great to see. Daily housekeeping kept the room in check and i really liked the music in the bathroom and the hotel corridors. Bathrobes, slippers and water were all present in our Superior King Room. With this room type we were on the first floor and it didn’t come with any view but that didn’t bother us as we had a big window that could open and with it being city centre views weren’t on the priority list for us. The Breakfast What a spread on offer and beautifully set up and with the friendliest of team members. Most courtyards would just have the buffet but my partner asked for something off menu and they made it no problem, and subsequently for the following three mornings they made it without issue, a slight nod on arrival to confirm that’s what he was after and they made it. This was a true example of anticipatory Serivce and personalisation. This hotel for me is a stand out for a city like Cluj, it’s in such a good location right in the old town and offers such a good experience for those in Cluj. 10 out of 10! Well done to the Courtyard Cluj Team! I’m sure you will grow even stronger as the hotel matures.

Personal profesional. Bienvenido con sonrisa y su desayuno es impeccable. Me encanta tanto que voy a quedarme allí siempre que estoy en Cluj. 🙌. Recomiendo que suscriben por sus recompensas para obtener 10% de comida y bebida. Tienen desayuno para campeones y sus restaurantes también tienen comida buena.

El hotel está situado en una zona de cerca de la ciudad y el centro, pero todavía está a pie 20-25 minutos. Habitaciones limpias. Desayuno medio. El zucchini fried profundo es muy bueno. La habitación era muy tranquila (tanto hacia el exterior como hacia el pasillo). Parte de la razón es que la iluminación en todo el hotel es blanca y fría y en las habitaciones las luces son demasiado fuertes (excepto en el baño, donde no es lo suficientemente fuerte). Sugerencia para la gestión: contratar a un asesor de iluminación para consejeros sobre cómo cambiar a luz más caliente para hacer el trabajo de iluminación en beneficio del hotel. La música durante el desayuno era muy queso, estilo elevador (tal vez adecuado para los pensionistas?). Estaba siendo sospechoso de las cuestiones de pago ya cuando el propietario me preguntó si quería cambiar la tarjeta de crédito que había utilizado para la reserva a través de otro sitio web. (¿Se canceló mi reserva original para evitar pagarles comisiones?) Desde que la reserva de tarjeta de crédito para la segunda noche nunca fue cancelada, aunque decidimos quedarme sólo una noche, tuve que escribir y quejarme. A pesar de escribir cuatro correos electrónicos (por supuesto, utilizando la dirección correcta de correo electrónico) nunca he recibido una respuesta del hotel.

Experiencia completa. Aparcamiento cerrado. Beber gratis al llegar. Área de bar agradable. Muy amable y útil. Bienvenido al lobby. Muy cómoda habitación con excelente cama. El desayuno es mucho más que lo que se espera en una tres estrellas. El centro histórico de la ciudad es un 20’ walkway.

Gran: nuevo, espacioso, luminoso, bien diseñado apartamento. Lavadora, lavavajillas, máquina de café. Cargas de canales de televisión incluido en inglés. Gracias a Diana que fue muy útil en la llegada. Menos grande: No hay ascensor! No se preocupe por el personal que está en el sitio, excepto Diana, si y cuando está preparando un apartamento para un nuevo huéspede. El hotel está situado en el centro de Hanul, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de interés de la ciudad. Todo el check-in y check-out se hizo sin contacto, el equipo me envió instrucciones antes de mi llegada. Buen lugar a 12 minutos a pie de la Ciudad Vieja y a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. No necesitaba transporte público excepto para ir desde el aeropuerto a allí. ¡Gracias!

This was a great pick to stay. It was a bit far to walk to the centre but a taxi was 10 minutes and cost nothing. It has free onsite parking if you hire a car. You can walk to the centre, just takes 40 minutes or a bus stop is 5 minutes away. The room was a great size and it was really clean. Everything was new in the room. There wasn’t much to do in the hotel, an eating/drinking area is the most you’ll get but it’s a city break so you don’t need anything else. I’d definitely stay again. Staff spoke really good English and were really friendly. Good value for sure
