The reception team is fab, gave excellent parking instructions. On arrival, check-in was quick, with a very friendly feel. The hotel is new and modern, and situated right in the centre, walking distance to everything. Our room was clean, modern, and up to a typical Mecure standard. I say this, as our next stop was at a Mecure in Tours, was very disappointing.

Stayed here twice on the way to Spain and the way back. Hotel was fantastic and staff were amazingly helpful. The hotel was very clean, rooms were modern and the gardens/ pool area were very good. Our daughter loved playing with all the outside games. Whilst we did not eat in the restaurant the food looked good. Our only criticism was at the night the bar service was extremely slow, however, staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a stop off point on the way to and from Spain, they also have three free basic (presume 7kw) electric charge points for cars and a load of Tesla chargers.

las almohadas no son tal, sino cuadrantes, muy francés, pero imposibles para dormir. es una verdadera tortura. y si no son cuadrantes, son un rollo estrecho y duro... imposibles. por lo demás, un hotel encantador, personal super agradable, desayunos estupendos en el piso sexto del hotel con buenas vistas del puy de dome y catedrales. un carrefour junto al hotel para últimas necesidades. las cenas, se servían lejos del hotel, en un restaurant al que había que caminar. para hacer un poco de ejercicio y pasear la cena. sin quejas.

Ismael and Eliot were wonderful. The hotel was also great but these two men made sure we had a great time! The room was large and spacious, it was also recently renovated. The location is great with a train stop right outside the hotel. The one downside is they are doing construction during the day so it can get loud if you are trying to take a nap during the day.

un hotel tres bien tenu, impeccable, décoration originale et soignée, il faudrait passer plusieurs jours à clermont ferrand pour découvrir la ville, et profiter de la bibliotheque de l'établissement... le personnel est discret et efficace le parking en sous sol est difficile d'acces si vous avez une voiture de bonne taille (pas conseillé) sinon, il est tres pratique

Stayed one night. Located on the main square: while this location is very convenient and within walking distance of several sights, shops and restaurants, it is also noisy (no soundproofing). At the entrance there are a few steps down to reach the lobby, and then again a few steps up to reach the elevator. This is not the end of it though, because the elevator stops only on half floors, so there are more stairs to navigate with luggage to get to the room. No help with luggage is offered. Rooms are clean and modern. In the first room they gave me, the A/C didn't work; they moved me to another room where it worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located power outlets. Well lit desk area. Amenities included electric kettle and espresso coffee maker. Bathroom with everything in working order. Shower with good water pressure. Wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet with reasonable selection and good quality items.
