En 6/4/22, recibí una llamada del Gerente General que declaró que habían reservado y no podrían acogerme. Nos hemos quedado en esta propiedad a nuestra vuelta de Florida. La habitación era un poco ”utilizada”, pero limpia. La cabina que estaba en el refrigerador se rompió, como la cubierta de la unidad AC. Sin embargo, ninguna de estas cuestiones afectaba a nuestra estadía. La caja de tejidos en el baño sólo tenía tejidos 3-4, que no era suficiente. La máquina de hielo en nuestro piso también se rompió. Supuestamente debido a la COVID, el desayuno ya no era autoservicio. Un miembro del personal estaba en posición para servir a los huéspedes. Había varios huéspedes esperando a colocar sus pedidos a las 6:30, Así que pasamos por el desayuno gratuito y nos detuvimos en un lugar de comida rápida en lugar ...

Fabuloso
RRobyEste hotel es excelente para cualquiera que necesite tomar una pausa de conducir por un largo tiempo. Está situado justo al lado de las autopistas intestinales y es muy conveniente. El hotel estaba tranquilo, y el desayuno era bueno considerando el precio. El servicio era amable y útil, y el check-in y check-out fueron muy rápidos y fáciles.

Five star review not because this place is a luxury hotel, but because it does being a Hampton Inn—basic amenities at a decent price—very well. I arrived at the end of a 13-hour day, tired from driving. The room was ready, clean, and the front desk people were friendly and engaging. Bed was very comfortable, WiFi signal was good, shower excellent. If you need a place to stay along I-81/77, I can recommend here. One caution—if you’re arriving late, eat before you get to Fort Chiswell, as there isn’t much near the hotel.

I had a very comfortable and clean room. The linens and pillows were clean with that a nice fresh scent. I like how the pillows are all a different density so you can pick the perfect one. Temperature control is important to me for a good nights sleep and the digital control on the unit was easy to use. Just far enough from the highway so you don't hear the road noise. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street for that evening meal or a hearty breakfastif you want more than the hotels continental style breakfast. Being a solo traveler I am looking for a safe secure place to stay and this fits the bill. The staff members are friendly and efficient. As a Choice Rewards Gold Member I also enjoyed the extra perks this hotel does, with special parking close to door and a gift bag on the way in or on your way out in the morning.
