2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am.
3. Pets are not allowed. A $500fee will be added if discovered.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheet/towels/mattresses.
5. The piano is very expensive. No food or drinks near the piano.
6. Late check-out is $35. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
7. Early check-in before 4pm is $35. We will let you know when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of check-in.
8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
9. There is a $25 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests over the capacity on the listing.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
14. The garage is off limits. There are two closets in the home that are locked, and one bedroom that is locked. All photos and descriptions in the listing are of these open areas and the locked areas aren’t included in any photos.
15. There is 1 security camera that is always ON and recording pointing at the front door entrance and 1 security camera on the back porch. Do not cover.
16. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.
Kitchen: Please feel free to use everything the same as you would at home. Spices, coffee, tea, condiments, help yourself. If you use the small appliances, please make sure to clean them and put them back after use. If you open the back door, please close it after opening. Make sure the door is locked. If you need trash bags they are in the bottom of the pantry. Cleaning supplies are under the sink, including dishwasher soap.
Dining Room: Games are located in the white buffet cabinet in the dining room. If you use them, please put them back. If you want to use the ceiling fan, the black remote is in the top right hand drawer of the white buffet. The tv remote is also in the same drawer. Please put them back after use. The chairs do scratch the floor so please be mindful of dragging the dining chairs and barstools across the wood floor. All chairs do have felt protectors on them but they do come off sometimes.
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Exercise equipment is in this room. It is all located in the storage cubbies. Yoga mats are in the basket (2). Resistance bands, foam roller, free weights, chirp yoga wheels, all located in this room. If you use, please put them back where you got them. There is a desk in this room as well. There are push button task lights on both beds and at the desk for extra lighting. Just push.
Bathrooms: Toilet paper and hair dryer under the sink. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap inside the showers in both bathrooms.
Baby Grand Piano: This is an expensive instrument. If you play it, make sure no food or drinks near the piano. Turn it off and close the lid cover after use.
Basement Theater/TVs: Remotes are on end tables. Enjoy Netflix, Paramount TV, Hulu, DisneyPlus, Peacock, HBO, and Prime. Please login only to Guest profile on each.
Laundry: Please clean lint trap in dryer after each use. Do not use more detergent than recommended.
Extended Stay Trash Days: Trash and Recycle come every Wednesday early morning. Please bring black and green trash bins to street and all trash out of house. Return bins back to top of driveway by gate to backyard after trash is picked up.
Patio: Please enjoy all the furniture. It is covered, so if you use it and uncover it please return covers back after. If you open the patio umbrella please close it after use and put the cover slip back on it. Please do not move patio furniture. If you use the campfire, please provide your own wood. It is a wood burning fire pit. Make sure to put fire out when finished. Please pick up all trash in the patio area if you use it.
Additional linens including towels and blankets are located in upstairs guest bedroom closet.

1. Before opening the spa cover, please ensure all 8 cover clips are
undone (to undo clips simply push in lower portion of clip and then pull up on
the strap at the same time) There are 2 clips on all four
sides of the hot tub and spim spa.
2. Once all 8 cover clips are undone, gently lift and fold inner cover in half (At this point,
the cover will be half way closed still) NEVER STAND ON COVER.
3. Next, slowly lift the cover and gently push towards the back corner.
KEEP COVER ON AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IS USE
HOW TO OPERATE THE CONTROL PANEL
Touch screen. A water drop appears. Hold finger down on
water drop icon until the water on screen rises to the blue water lines on screen and release finger as soon as the water on screen reaches the blue lines on the screen.
On Hot Tub Side, press Fan/Jet Icon once to start the jets. On
Swim Spa side there are 3 Fan/Jet Icons. The 1st starts the jets
on one side. The 2nd starts the fountains. The 3rd starts the
jets on the other side.
There are turn dial knobs on the deck top of the hot tub and swim spa.
These adjust the pressure. These come off easily. Do NOT over twist or remove.
If there are too many people in the hot tub the water will overflow. If the water overflows over the touch screen panel the tub will shut off until the water level is down.

6. Late check-out is $35. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
7. Early check-in before 4pm is $35. We will let you know when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of check-in.
8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
9. There is a $25 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests over the capacity on the listing.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
14. The garage is off limits. There are two closets in the home that are locked, and one bedroom that is locked. All photos and descriptions in the listing are of these open areas and the locked areas aren’t included in any photos.
15. There is 1 security camera that is always ON and recording pointing at the front door entrance and 1 security camera on the back porch. Do not cover.
16. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.
Kitchen: Please feel free to use everything the same as you would at home. Spices, coffee, tea, condiments, help yourself. If you use the small appliances, please make sure to clean them and put them back after use. If you open the back door, please close it after opening. Make sure the door is locked. If you need trash bags they are in the bottom of the pantry. Cleaning supplies are under the sink, including dishwasher soap.
Dining Room: Games are located in the white buffet cabinet in the dining room. If you use them, please put them back. If you want to use the ceiling fan, the black remote is in the top right hand drawer of the white buffet. The tv remote is also in the same drawer. Please put them back after use. The chairs do scratch the floor so please be mindful of dragging the dining chairs and barstools across the wood floor. All chairs do have felt protectors on them but they do come off sometimes.
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Exercise equipment is in this room. It is all located in the storage cubbies. Yoga mats are in the basket (2). Resistance bands, foam roller, free weights, chirp yoga wheels, all located in this room. If you use, please put them back where you got them. There is a desk in this room as well. There are push button task lights on both beds and at the desk for extra lighting. Just push.
Bathrooms: Toilet paper and hair dryer under the sink. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap inside the showers in both bathrooms.
Baby Grand Piano: This is an expensive instrument. If you play it, make sure no food or drinks near the piano. Turn it off and close the lid cover after use.
Basement Theater/TVs: Remotes are on end tables. Enjoy Netflix, Paramount TV, Hulu, DisneyPlus, Peacock, HBO, and Prime. Please login only to Guest profile on each.
Laundry: Please clean lint trap in dryer after each use. Do not use more detergent than recommended.
Extended Stay Trash Days: Trash and Recycle come every Wednesday early morning. Please bring black and green trash bins to street and all trash out of house. Return bins back to top of driveway by gate to backyard after trash is picked up.
Patio: Please enjoy all the furniture. It is covered, so if you use it and uncover it please return covers back after. If you open the patio umbrella please close it after use and put the cover slip back on it. Please do not move patio furniture. If you use the campfire, please provide your own wood. It is a wood burning fire pit. Make sure to put fire out when finished. Please pick up all trash in the patio area if you use it.
Additional linens including towels and blankets are located in upstairs guest bedroom closet.
Hot Tub Spa Manual:
PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE OPENING OR STARTING HOT TUB
TO ENSURE PROPER USE AND AVOID DAMAGE TO THE SPA AND COVER
OPENING THE SPA COVER
1. Before opening the spa cover, please ensure all 8 cover clips are
undone (to undo clips simply push in lower portion of clip and then pull up on
the strap at the same time) There are 2 clips on all four
sides of the hot tub and spim spa.
2. Once all 8 cover clips are undone, gently lift and fold inner cover in half (At this point,
the cover will be half way closed still) NEVER STAND ON COVER.
3. Next, slowly lift the cover and gently push towards the back corner.
KEEP COVER ON AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IS USE
HOW TO OPERATE THE CONTROL PANEL
Touch screen. A water drop appears. Hold finger down on
water drop icon until the water on screen rises to the blue water lines on screen and release finger as soon as the water on screen reaches the blue lines on the screen.
On Hot Tub Side, press Fan/Jet Icon once to start the jets. On
Swim Spa side there are 3 Fan/Jet Icons. The 1st starts the jets
on one side. The 2nd starts the fountains. The 3rd starts the
jets on the other side.
There are turn dial knobs on the deck top of the hot tub and swim spa.
These adjust the pressure. These come off easily. Do NOT over twist or remove.
If there are too many people in the hot tub the water will overflow. If the water overflows over the touch screen panel the tub will shut off until the water level is down.
Turn off all jets and fountains before putting the top back on. Ens
