UUsuario invitadoUn favorito en el Valle, y he venido a Phoenix cada una de las semanas durante 15 años. Hace mucho tiempo que quedé. Este complejo Marriott es donde escogí todo el tiempo. ¿Por qué? Claro que la propiedad es super invitante y tiene todo lo que necesito. La razón principal: La gente. ¿Quién se muestra? Todos son amigables y útiles. Desde que me acostumbra a colgar aquí por la noche, he disfrutado de la excelente compañía y la ayuda de Gretchen (la parte de Residence Inn) y Joey y Beth (la parte de Courtyard). Oh, y la música en vivo es bastante el toque fresco.

UUsuario invitadoReservamos cada uno de los 2-Zimmer-Suiten y hemos estado siempre satisfechos hasta ahora. Esta vez hemos experimentado que estos son bastante diferentes: reservar una suite con número de habitación 260 o 360, las suites con números 234 y 334 tienen dormitorios con una ventana micro, así que también día tras día sólo con La luz artificial es algo que se puede ver. Pero la noche del bar nos decepciona especialmente: a precios bastante normales, se sirve un gin tonic y una cerveza en un pequeño vaso de plástico. En esta clase de precios del hotel, se puede hacer mucho mejor. Para el desayuno, recomiendamos que Denny's esté al lado (sí, tienen una caja de porcelana!).

UUsuario invitadoEstaba aquí con mi hija para un torneo de fútbol en la ciudad. Las habitaciones eran agradables, bastante grandes y limpias. Las camas eran cómodas. El hotel tiene un desayuno especial para acomodar a nuestro grupo, que fue apreciado, y la comida era bastante buena (huevos frescos, bacon, patatas). Mi única sugerencia es que el personal del frente de escritorio se acerque a su amistad, pero de lo contrario se quede aquí.

Jjo_jacoboLlegamos el día 24 noviembre por la noche, la entrega de habitación fue rápida; entramos y directo a dormir después de un viaje muy cansado, por la mañana y con la luz del día nos percatamos que nuestra habitación estaba demasiado sucia, llena de polvo por todas partes; solicito en recepción que nos hagan la limpieza y me dicen que la limpieza se realiza cada 4 días, les comento que la habitación se entregò sucia (se muestra a la persona de recepción fotos de la habitacion) y necesita ser limpiada y que en plena pandemia no es correcto negar la limpieza ya que según su página de internet cuentan con protocolos de higiene los cuales no son aplicados realmente. Así transcurrieron los días y siempre pedí la limpieza y me decían que si pero no se hacia, les comenté que mi pequeño hijo tiene parálisis cerebral (fuimos a Arizona a un tratamiento médico) y se movía en el piso y necesita que realmente estuviera limpio y se negaban. Nuestra estancia ya estaba pagada, por 8 noches, a la 5ta noche decidimos salirnos del hotel muy enojados y explicarles que nos iríamos a pagar una noche en otro hotel a ver si así tenían tiempo de limpiarla; llegamos al día siguiente y en teoría limpiaron la habitación pero seguía polvosa; realmente muy decepcionante nuestra estancia, fue muy incomodo estar en el hotel; la mañana de acción de gracias bajamos por desayuno y no había nada! Solo 1 naranja y eran las 8 am. No te hospedes aquí, no vale la pena; nadie se hace responsable de nada y si tienes algún problema no tendrás solución.
