I went online to book a room with Hampton Inn unbeknownst to me I was re-routed to Get A Room. The room was priced at 146.00 plus taxes, and what I though was the security deposit that most hotels require which brought my total to 209.00, so I booked the room received a confirmation that looks really legit. On December 31, 2021 I take my Autism grandson to the Hampton Inn he is excited to swim. Get there to check, and Devon requested another 50 dollars on top of the 209.00 that I had already paid. Devon stated looks like you booked your room through a third party. Devon gave me this third party contact information. Long story short the hotel never received any money from this Get A Room. I spoke with a Rochelle at this Get A Room who stated that she contacted the hotel and they stated that I could come back to the hotel my room is still available all I have to pay is another 50 dollars which I didn't have. After I spoke with Rochelle at this Get A Room I called the Hotel manager Michael who stated that Get A Room never contact them total SCAM!! Meanwhile I had to leave the Hotel, because I couldn't afford another 50 dollars on top of the 209.00 I had already paid. My grandson was in TEARS!!!!!!! I'm currently fighting the charges with my financial institution

El hotel está en una habitación de piel, y sólo una cama parece haber dormido en ”Cambia las dos camas”, cambia todas las toallas, así que no hay espacio para error. El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

Si necesitas un lugar para quedarse .....mantener el coche. Este fue el peor hotel Super 8 que hemos estado en el momento. Al llegar, necesitamos usar la habitación. Se nos informó de que no había habitaciones públicas. El hotel no tiene habitaciones en el lobby. Cuando nos dio nuestra tarjeta de habitación, era evidente que la pequeña envoltura que tenía la tarjeta había sido usada muchas veces antes. Es grueso. Cuando entramos en el hall todo el lugar reequipado de fumar cigarrillos. Cuando entramos en la habitación, me di cuenta de que la cama estaba en tintas por todas partes. Lo saqué de la cama sólo para revelar un pañuelo lleno de burbujas. Estaba literalmente allí para dormir, de lo contrario me habría ido. Las hojas estaban limpias. No prestaba mucha atención al baño esa noche, pero en la mañana, cuando me fui a tomar una ducha, descubrí que el baño estaba lleno. La toalla tenía un agujero más grande que mi pecho y tenía 4 grandes tintas marrón en ella. Usé toallas de mano para secar. Si este hotel tuviera un desayuno, como la mayoría de los Super 8, no podría decir porque la gente que me inspeccionó no lo mencionó y no habría comido allí sobre la base del olor del hotel y la cocina en mi habitación. Hemos estado en muchos Super 8 en todo el país y nunca hemos tenido una experiencia tan mala.

Rooms are what you'd expect for the price (~$70). Our room had a Microwave, Refrigerator, and Safe. The room could have been cleaner. The floors looked as if they had not been cleaned well. Despite all rooms being non-smoking, our room smelled as if it used to be a smoking room. This is not uncommon in hotels but there is a musty smoke smell to the room we stayed in. Decor was decent. Bed was comfortable. The shower needs renovated but we had hot water the entire 2 night stay. You receive the necessities, towels, pillows, soap, etc. I was unable to connect any devices to the TV. I believe they have the TV settings locked down to inhibit usage of gaming devices, laptops, etc. via HDMI ports. This was disappointing as the entertainment available was limited. I would stay here again for short visits on my own. I will not stay here when traveling with my wife, children, or on extended stays.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
