No está demasiado lejos del puente Golden Gate y del jardín de Filoli. Al menos el viaje es tranquilo. El hotel es muy antiguo y el aparcamiento es gratuito y práctico. «The place was very Clean. The breakfast tasted like powdered scrambled eggs and the sausage was the worst I ever had.
The line for waffles was too Long with Too Many kids.
I would probably stay in a cheaper hotel for 1 night without breakfast & go out to eat. $325.00 + 15.00 for parking was a bit steep for our liking.»

The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

Since the neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, we have to enforce below house rules to respect the community.
- No events or parties allowed.
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.
- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
- Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Garage Laundry Room and Outdoor Chairs Should not be used during quiet hours. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.
- Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Pacifica City Ordinance). Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.
-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke in designated smoking areas in the backyard of the house, but not in the side yard.
- Report any damage to us immediately. so We can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
- Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.
- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. - Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.
