Charming riverfront cottage that offers adventures for all seasons, whether it's hitting the slopes of Squaw Valley or heading to the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe -- both are only 10 minutes away! Nestled among the trees, with the river rushing by, this cottage lends an atmosphere of a remote getaway, while being close to it all. This cottage offers 2 bedrooms, with a jack and jill full bathroom (w/ shower) in between. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own, separate entrance for privacy. The cottage was updated November 2022, with new floors, bed and furniture. Please note there is NO KITCHEN, but coffee maker, mini fridge (with freezer), and microwave are provided. Plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware are also provided for your convenience. During snow season, our entire street (and driveway) is plowed first thing each morning – it is plowed by a resident of our street, so no waiting for the snowplow to arrive! You'll be the first to hit the slopes!Other things to noteJust up the road from our cottage is the Truckee River Bike Path to Tahoe City and Squaw Valley Village. The Village has wonderful shops and delicious restaurants.Our cottage is a skiing and snowboarding dream, we are located 5 minutes from Squaw Valley Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows only 10 minutes away.
