Sspike9090When we arrived we had an older lady working the front desk that was struggling a bit, so check in at 11:30 at night took awhile (hotel prepaid for on Hampton website). The room was freezing when we got in. We turned up the air, but it blows on high and is quite loud, so it was not good sleep. It appeared clean until the next morning when I noticed several hairs in the shower (the short and curly kind....ugh). The bed and couch were okay. The young guy working the desk at check out seemed like he didn't want to be there. He said all the right customer service words but his tone and face seemed like he did not want to be there. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and tasted okay. I did like that they give you full bottles of water and the lady working the breakfast area was friendly.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt it was quiet and clean the staff was very friendly and they were very helpful. Everything was very nice and like I said the pillows were really comfortable and fluffy like really fluffy if my card wasn’t on file I’d take them lol

The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Love the easy check-in process that I can do from my phone. Our kids definitely loved the heated pool! The A/C unit works well and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The wi-fi could be a bit stronger/reliable, but that's the only negative I can think of. Overall, great hotel to stay at in London, KY. Also, check out the Pizza Station and cute movie theater across the street!
