All bed mattresses are new.ON THE MAIN LEVEL: You will find a spacious living room with gas fireplace...formal dining room...Large, well-stocked, updated kitchen open to casual eating space and family room with sectional and 50' flat screen TV. Access to driveway and door to porch from the family room. Many wrap-around windows make the family room light and bright. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds, and full bathroom with jetted soaking tub and rainfall shower head. Gorgeous pine wood floors throughout, with the exception of tile floor in the family room - a practical choice when coming home from the beach.UPSTAIRS: Large en-suite primary bedroom, with King bed (Saatva luxury mattress), full bathroom (walk-in shower), large closets and 40' flat screen television...second bedroom with Queen bed...and third bedroom with 2 Queen beds, unique wood walls and cathedral ceiling.
