Upgraded ceramic cannes tile flooring has been installed throughout the house giving it an unpolished stone natural look. OPEN-CONCEPT LIVINGThe living room contains a large leather cream sofa and a beige upolstered pullout sectional sofa bed to view the 75" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen has a center island equipped with a white granite counter top, sink, dishwasher and 4 barstools for seating under its overhang lip. Perfect for preparing a meal while hanging out with the rest of your guests as they watch TV or sitting at the table overlooking the outside pool. Adjacent and within close reach is a coffee bar assigned with a single cup Kuerig for individual cups of joe or a coffee pot for brewing for a larger group of guests. Bedroom Suite #1, the main bedroom, is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and tub, dual vanity sinks, a private toilet area which are all adjacent to the washer and dryer area to conveniently launder when ready. The bedroom area also has a desk for the "digital nomad" or our guests that want to stay connected to work while vacationing.
