Tu alojamiento en Enterprise

Excelente!! Pura, segura, muy cómoda, actualizada con una cama soñadora. El desayuno por Judy fue uno de los mejores desayunos de vacaciones que hemos tenido ...huevos reales, comida delicada todo el camino alrededor ...hot y fresco. Tiffany nos saludó con un gran sonrisa en la recepción frontal.

La joven dama en el escritorio delantero fue muy agradable y también muy útil. Creo que su nombre era Vanessa? Pero dile que le dije muchas gracias. ¡Realmente aprecié el profesionalismo!

We stayed in Enterprise for a couple nights in order to attend a football game in nearby Troy. We were greeted promptly & professionally at the front desk and got registered into two rooms with no problem. At the time we were given several recommendations for restaurants (no chains places) in the area and eventually ate at one which was recommended to us at the front desk. The room(s) were clean and well appointed and the bed offered a good night's sleep both nights. The free breakfast in the lobby had the usual scrambled eggs, sausage patties & links, biscuits and gravy and we were able to make individual Belgian waffles. Everything was A-OK . . . !!! We used the pool some the next day and were able to relax w/o the distraction of anyone else at the pool . . . that was quite nice!

Estaba aquí en un viaje reciente por la zona. Check-in fácil y personal amigable. Hotel estaba limpio con un gran restaurante BBQ justo en el estacionamiento. Sería segura quedarse aquí en el futuro. Hotel incluso vino con una mascota gato.

La mayoría de las habitaciones son excelentes. (Algunas tienen mal olor) El servicio general es excelente. Está situado en una ciudad más pequeña, por lo que normalmente hay otras habitaciones que se pueden cambiar sin problemas.

I had 2 rooms booked for business the night of May 28th. My co-worker, who lives in Dallas, who was flying in that AM had his flights cancelled and issues at his house due to a storm early that AM. He cancelled his trip early that AM, so I immediately called and canceled his room, which I knew had a 48hr cancellation policy. The front desk ask why I was cancelling, I explained and they cancelled the room. When I checked in to my room that afternoon, nothing was said about the other room. The next day, I was charged for both rooms. I called and talked to the manager who refused to credit the room back to my card because I was within the 48hr window. I travel for a living- I have never had a hotel not let me cancel a room due to act of God type stuff. Most want you to come back, so they work with you. I got Bonvoy involved. No help. If there is the slightest chance of your customer cancelling, your flight getting canceled, or you critically hurt or killed in a car accident, I'd suggest staying anywhere but here. Your grieving spouse will have a hotel bill to pay. There is a Hampton Inn, Candlewood suites, Holiday Inn Express and several other hotels in town.
